I signed up to get the anesthesia free teeth cleaning for my dog Zeke at Lugari salon, because they…read morementioned that he needed a deep cleaning to remove the tartar. The owner quoted me $210 for my dog Zeke, stating that was the price for a dog over 50lb. My dog Zeke is an Australian Shepherd mix weighing 62lb as of his last vet visit on 3-20-25. A few days before the appt, Lugari confirmed the price but said it would be $218 with a card. When I brought him in for the cleaning, a woman from Healing Wise greeted us and took him to the back for his preliminary exam, and she quickly brought him out to say there would be ANOTHER added charge, because he "weighed over 70lb." She claimed he weighed 72lb, and my jaw dropped. I said that's impossible, because the vet said he was only 62lb a few weeks earlier at the vet. There was no way a healthy dog his size could gain 10lb in just a few weeks. She argued with me, so I asked to see the scale. She brought it out and put it down, then put my dog Zeke on the scale, which continually flickered without ever settling on a number. I saw the numbers ranging from 68 to 70.1lb, and then it said 35lb, so they claimed it was invalid, but each time they tried to get a reading. it continued flickering. She kept telling Zeke, "no cheating," but the scale obviously did not work. I asked why it never stopped flickering, and they said it was because he was breathing, however it did the same thing with the receptionist standing on it. The dental lady had the gall to deny service to Zeke at the agreedupon price, and she said that I could bring him back after he had lost half a pound. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! It was clearly a faulty scale, and they are running a shady operation, scamming people for a few extra dollars! Why on earth would it be more difficult to clean the teeth of a dog weighing half a pound more, even if that was his true weight? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS!

My boys (doodles ages 4 and 6) have never had their teeth cleaned and my vet (whom I love) has said the older one would probably need a cleaning this year. I've been dreading it- nervous anytime they "go under". Both boys had some serious gunk on their teeth and their breath is less than fresh. I went to book their teeth cleaning appointments online and found that Dr. Jacquie and her team actually travel around the Valley putting on teeth cleaning clinics at vet offices and groomers... and they would be right down the street from me the next week (what luck!). I easily booked the appointments online and was able to schedule them for the same time. We arrived a few minutes early and I filled out some forms. Dr. Jacquie came to introduce herself and took the younger one back. After a few minutes she came back to share he was a candidate for cleaning and took the older one back too. I left to take a quick meeting at home and hurried back. Right as I pulled up they sent before + after pics of the younger one... MAGIC. So incredible what they were able to do! They brought him out to me shortly after I arrived and the older one wrapped up his cleaning shortly after. His teeth are DIR.TY. I cannot believe how incredible they look now. Our total was $360 before tip which is less than the vet (and anesthesia). A huge thank you to Dr. Jacquie and team for the great work and taking such great care of Nolan and Todd!

I get a call 4 hours before the apt stating they have to cancel because it's raining. When I confirmed the day before no one said anything about the possibility of canceling due to rain the next day. We both took the entire day off for this apt. Days off work are not easy to come by. We had heard really good things about this vet practice but we didn't get that from our experience. I would like to note this office tried to move our apt earlier in the week which they changed their minds and kept the apt. My guess is they needed my time slot for someone else.

All you get is a phone number, but no one answers. It goes straight to voicemail where they eventually tell you that you have to send a text with your information. That's right, you're already on the phone, talking to a machine, but even the machine can't be bothered to take a message. Does anyone bother to return your call/text? Not in my case. Maybe she had some personal emergency to deal with and didn't think about the business. I picked her because of the 5 star rating she had, but I had to wait 12 hours to call (because I thought someone would answer during business hours) while my pet suffered, and then got no response at all. Luckily, he started feeling better while we were waiting. And waiting. And waiting.

I knew of Kelly through the rescue community. There was a 13 year old Shih Tzu a few years back…read morethat was "dumped" down at County Animal Control who had several health issues and was going to be euthanized. The rescue owner that I volunteered with - who was a Shih Tzu rescue - agreed with County that he should be euthanized without ever meeting him. Heartbroken after seeing his frightened face, I believed he needed that chance. I networked him and that's when I found Kelly. And she gave him that chance. His name became Farley .. and the rest is history. Kelly worked with Farley through his health issues .. specifically cancer. And she gave him the fantastic life he deserved. She researched all his care options. Provided him with life saving treatment. She also has a few other "special needs" dogs. I followed Farley Shih Tzu Warrior and then Kelly's Farley Green Paw page and her wealth of knowledge and experience in the use of CBD/THC products. When my Lhasa Apso JoeJoe had a brief seizure out of the blue and then a second one several weeks later, I reached out to Kelly after he had been to the Veterinarian and everything checked out as normal. Kelly responded back and we set up an appt time for a phone consultation. I gave her a bit of history on my JoeJoe and after a very knowledgeable and thorough explanation of the products and what they can do, her advice was to start JoeJoe on a CBD full spectum oil. I made the purchase online through her PayPal site and it was very easy. The product was sent right out and Joe began his treatment. He has had just one brief seizure since starting it in April 2020. The dose for him is 6 drops twice a day. Its an oil in a dropper and easy to administer. He sees me shake the bottle and as I come over to him, he lays on his side and wags his tail so I can drop into his mouth. Joe was an abused and neglected dog when his owner surrendered him. He had trust issues to say the least - especially with men and other dogs. He is such a great little man now that he is living the life he deserved with us but I feel he has become more laid back and even silly with this product and will be forever a grateful client. I highly recommend that you take advantage of Kelly's wealth of knowledge and experience in conjunction with your Veterinarian.

So I thought I would try her. I was greeted and she asked what is wrong, I said just monthly adjustments as I show them alot. She did the adjustment on the ground without any mat, on a tile surface. She did not feel them over, just started pushing on thier spine at points, and more aggressive than my regular Chiro vet. I asked her not to hover over the male, as they were used to a table. She obliged, but was still very aggressive with her adjustments. When I asked her to also do his tail, she yanked it! I was shocked he didnt try to bite her! That was not what I was expecting. She may be well for other breeds but dachshunds I am not sure. I would not use her for my breed again. I did not see after effects from her service, but would prefer more time and better up on a table, Dachshunds do not like to be stood over. If they were not so well trained they could have bit her in the face. I was in and out with 2 dogs in less than 15 minutes. The web site says 1/2 hr appts, 2 dogs were $70.

There was no real improvement over the next couple of weeks. Her back legs were very weak. She couldn't lift her head and was just not moving very well.
