Noticing our girl's arthritis was getting worse, and the light in her eyes was not what it once was, we decided it was time to let our girl rest in peace. After much research/phone calls, we decided on Peaceful Passing to come to our home. We had to schedule about a week and a half out (quite daunting to know a date was coming), and we took care of payment in advance. The day of, they called us asking how we would like to remit payment (ugh). I made flower leis for our girl and my toddler son to wear, as we wanted to have her collar, and we waited for the call that the Dr was about 10 min out...then I broke down. After the Dr came, and she was at peace, we spent some time with her saying goodbye. She was taken with her blanket she was on, and we requested for it back. When it came time to pick her up, there was no blanket (I realized when I got home). I called, and they said they would look into it. A couple days later, they said it's ready to be picked up and they found it; I got it, and it smelled strong like Tide...which we don't use. After my mind went crazy with assumptions, I called them asking for an explanation; the blanket was washed because of bodily fluids, and they sent it home with another family! I was so sad that it didn't have her smell anymore, and that they mixed that up, and didn't tell me. My trust for them really went out the window with this ending...and wasn't really impressed with their presentation (we got a white gift bag, no writing, and a tin box). I called Peaceful Passing the morning of New Year's Eve to see if they had any availability. Not only were they kind but they were quick to offer options to suit our schedule on the same day. Upon arrival Dr. Megan and her technician were calm and comforting as we took the final steps to assist out 17 year old cat to the other side. She was able to pass peacefully in the comfort of our arms with dignity. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again and would highly recommend to others.

I met with Alicia, I have 2 standard dachshunds. I take them for monthly adjustments for back…read morehealth at another clinic, I was told she was a mobile Chiro vet. So I thought I would try her. I was greeted and she asked what is wrong, I said just monthly adjustments as I show them alot. She did the adjustment on the ground without any mat, on a tile surface. She did not feel them over, just started pushing on thier spine at points, and more aggressive than my regular Chiro vet. I asked her not to hover over the male, as they were used to a table. She obliged, but was still very aggressive with her adjustments. When I asked her to also do his tail, she yanked it! I was shocked he didnt try to bite her! That was not what I was expecting. She may be well for other breeds but dachshunds I am not sure. I would not use her for my breed again. I did not see after effects from her service, but would prefer more time and better up on a table, Dachshunds do not like to be stood over. If they were not so well trained they could have bit her in the face. I was in and out with 2 dogs in less than 15 minutes. The web site says 1/2 hr appts, 2 dogs were $70.

Our Staffy-Aussie Zoe slipped, landed wrong & hurt her back leg. She was limping and in a lot of…read morepain. The ER Dr determined c there were no broken bones and prescribed painkillers and no walks for 2 weeks. After a week, Zoe was no better. After reading some reviews, I found Sonoran Animal Chiropractic & thank God! Dr Alicia came to our home & adjusted Zoe. Zoe hates vets but Dr A got down on the floor with her while my husband held Zoe's head. She had a great manner with our pup. Zoe is back to her usual spunky self! Dr. Massicotte is a miracle worker!…read more Our 10 year old miniature schnauzer, Wingnut, suddenly could barely walk. She was in obvious pain. We took her to an emergency vet who took X-rays and diagnosed her with IVDD (disk disease.) She was put on pain killers and we were told to keep her confined. There was no real improvement over the next couple of weeks. Her back legs were very weak. She couldn't lift her head and was just not moving very well. Our regular vet recommended acupuncture, and specifically, Dr. Massicotte. She took the time to explain to us on the phone all about the service she provides. We made an appointment and two days after the first visit, Wingnut was back to herself! (See video below.) We've continued to follow-up with a couple more visits and plan to stay the course. I absolutely recommend Dr. Massicotte and acupuncture for this type of condition. We were lucky to find her!

My…read more10yo GSD is starting to suffer from a neurological issue and my regular vet also suggested the benefits of acupuncture for his blood flow to his legs. He's a big guy and getting around isn't easy; the acupuncture has helped him move more fluidly and enable him to get up with more ease. His legs also crisscross much less on walks now! He's more energetic, eating more, and wanting to play much more so than before. I'd recommend Dr. M's treatments along w/the holistic herbs she suggests. She is compassionate, very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in your pet's welfare and comfort. Couldn't be happier!

We bring 3 of our furbabies to Lovet and always had a positive experiences. We always do the first morning appointment and the woman that greets us is always kind. Typically Zachary sees our Bella and is very thorough and explains everything. Techs have all been amazing and show compassion with our pups. Yesterday we took Bella in for her annual check up and some vaccines. The doc we had wasn't one we had before but she literally spent less than 5 minutes with us. Didn't ask us any questions. Just was quick, administered the vaccines and took off and her tech took over the rest. $80 for what? It's not like she was super busy,overbooked or behind. Appointments are what? 30 mins? I even made a comment to the tech how crazy quick that was and she replied saying well we don't want to keep you here all day. I get that and appreciate that. But 5 mins? Just the lack of any sense the doc cared is what bothered me the most. We live in a 15 mile radius of 8 Lovet locations so I guess we will try another location next time. Suggestion for the App developers: Please add the dogs vaccine history and transaction history on our profiles. It will help allow us that have to budget to plan our expenses better.

My dog ending up being euthanized with a severe illness that we could have better prepared for and not put her through unnecessary testing and stress and euthanized in the comfort of our home rather than at the clinic. Vet was seen multiple times relating to this illness and it wasnt until we saw Dr Chen who perfomed a simple xray to find a giant cancer missed on ultrasound exam twice. This clinic should not charge for services they can not perform or diagnose. This is the second time this clinic has mis-diagnosed one of my pets when they were having life threatening issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Apparently she got into a cat fight and the puncture wounds on her belly abscessed rather quickly. I called several mobile vets in the hopes they could come to me as my cat was incredibly stressed and fearful and I didn't want to exacerbate it by taking her to our regular vet who only had long waits and no appointments available. When I called the office manager Tammy said they didn't have any appointments available, and that the vet tech had already gone home for the day, but after we spoke about what was going on she told me "hold on" and when she came back to the phone she said they were going to come to me right away. I could tell how much she cared about my cat just from our conversation. Dr. Garthe was wonderful with my poor grumpy girl, who isn't much of a people cat. She had her calmed (as calm as an in pain cat can be) and drained and cleaned the wound, and then taught me how to care for it. Today shes eating, drinking and even playing again! Its very apparent that she truly cares about our fur babies, and I would call her again in a heartbeat if I needed her. I would give an arm and a leg for my cat, but at the end of the day the superb care she provided was incredibly affordable. I would recommend Dr. Garthe to anyone looking for someone that cares about their animals like they're their own. Thank you Dr. Garthe, and Tammy, you were an incredible assistant! Hi, my name is Kai, and I would like to formally report that this place is excellent…read more Usually, when my mom takes me somewhere called a "dogtor," I assume I've been betrayed. I get nervous, anxious, and spend a lot of time wondering how quickly I can leave. But this visit was different. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel safe. Nobody expected me to be anything other than myself. I was allowed to sit where I was comfortable, stand where I wanted, and take everything at my own pace. That helped me relax so much that my mom kept telling me how proud she was of how well-behaved I was. The treat situation was also outstanding. I received more treats than I thought medically possible, and every person I met seemed determined to convince me that eye appointments are actually a good thing. Their strategy was very effective. I should also mention that I am not what you would call a "social butterfly" when it comes to other dogs and cats. In fact, I would prefer they conduct their business somewhere else. The staff understood this completely. They were patient, accommodating, and made sure I had the space I needed to feel comfortable without ever making me feel like a problem. Most importantly, they answered every single question my mom had and made sure she understood everything about my eyes and my care. That made both of us feel much better. Overall, I felt loved, respected, and very well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this office to any dog, cat, or other creature in need of an eye doctor.
