The owner quoted me $210 for my dog Zeke, stating that was the price for a dog over 50lb. My dog Zeke is an Australian Shepherd mix weighing 62lb as of his last vet visit on 3-20-25. A few days before the appt, Lugari confirmed the price but said it would be $218 with a card. When I brought him in for the cleaning, a woman from Healing Wise greeted us and took him to the back for his preliminary exam, and she quickly brought him out to say there would be ANOTHER added charge, because he "weighed over 70lb." She claimed he weighed 72lb, and my jaw dropped. I said that's impossible, because the vet said he was only 62lb a few weeks earlier at the vet. There was no way a healthy dog his size could gain 10lb in just a few weeks. She argued with me, so I asked to see the scale. She brought it out and put it down, then put my dog Zeke on the scale, which continually flickered without ever settling on a number. I saw the numbers ranging from 68 to 70.1lb, and then it said 35lb, so they claimed it was invalid, but each time they tried to get a reading. it continued flickering. She kept telling Zeke, "no cheating," but the scale obviously did not work. I asked why it never stopped flickering, and they said it was because he was breathing, however it did the same thing with the receptionist standing on it. The dental lady had the gall to deny service to Zeke at the agreedupon price, and she said that I could bring him back after he had lost half a pound. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! It was clearly a faulty scale, and they are running a shady operation, scamming people for a few extra dollars! Why on earth would it be more difficult to clean the teeth of a dog weighing half a pound more, even if that was his true weight? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS!

My boys (doodles ages 4 and 6) have never had their teeth cleaned and my vet (whom I love) has said the older one would probably need a cleaning this year. I've been dreading it- nervous anytime they "go under". Both boys had some serious gunk on their teeth and their breath is less than fresh. I went to book their teeth cleaning appointments online and found that Dr. Jacquie and her team actually travel around the Valley putting on teeth cleaning clinics at vet offices and groomers... and they would be right down the street from me the next week (what luck!). I easily booked the appointments online and was able to schedule them for the same time. We arrived a few minutes early and I filled out some forms. Dr. Jacquie came to introduce herself and took the younger one back. After a few minutes she came back to share he was a candidate for cleaning and took the older one back too. I left to take a quick meeting at home and hurried back. Right as I pulled up they sent before + after pics of the younger one... MAGIC. So incredible what they were able to do! They brought him out to me shortly after I arrived and the older one wrapped up his cleaning shortly after. His teeth are DIR.TY. I cannot believe how incredible they look now. Our total was $360 before tip which is less than the vet (and anesthesia). A huge thank you to Dr. Jacquie and team for the great work and taking such great care of Nolan and Todd!

So I thought I would try her. I was greeted and she asked what is wrong, I said just monthly adjustments as I show them alot. She did the adjustment on the ground without any mat, on a tile surface. She did not feel them over, just started pushing on thier spine at points, and more aggressive than my regular Chiro vet. I asked her not to hover over the male, as they were used to a table. She obliged, but was still very aggressive with her adjustments. When I asked her to also do his tail, she yanked it! I was shocked he didnt try to bite her! That was not what I was expecting. She may be well for other breeds but dachshunds I am not sure. I would not use her for my breed again. I did not see after effects from her service, but would prefer more time and better up on a table, Dachshunds do not like to be stood over. If they were not so well trained they could have bit her in the face. I was in and out with 2 dogs in less than 15 minutes. The web site says 1/2 hr appts, 2 dogs were $70.

Where oh where to start... I took my 5 1/2 year-old French bulldog to a groomer instead of the vet…read moreabout two months ago to have her glands done. This dog has been a puppy since she was born. High energy always. Well she came home from the groomer unable to jump, and over the next few days was in visible pain, shaking, couldn't barely walk, couldn't even get comfortable laying down. Crate rest, muscle relaxers, pain pills, and multiple sessions of acupuncture over 6 weeks and she was making improvement, but not like I wanted. So I got on yelp and started searching and found Autumn. I sat near Dutchess her whole first session, and was SO convinced just after that, that before autumn left my house, my other dog AND me were scheduled to join in on Dutchess' next session. Dutchess got up from her session and immediately ran into my other room and jumped on the couch. Literally IMMEDIATELY. This dogs MO is making me lose my shit with her high energy and I felt like we were immediately back to normal We've now had 2 sessions and I told Autumn yesterday that Dutch is about to send me into an early grave because she has been bouncing off the walls constantly since our second session. Keeping her calm is essentially out of the question at this point and just not gonna happen. My sweet rambunctious 5.5 year old puppy is back and I am SO grateful for Autumn. So now about me. Stage 4 endometriosis. Had a child via IVF and surrogacy. I've had 2 laparoscopic surgery's. First one to remove a softball size mass that engulfed my entire left ovary and tube, and attempt to clear out some of the endo. Second time to clear out some endo. Got about 5% relief on the second surgery. Essentially the surgery was a waste of my time. Well, like I said, I sat near Dutchess during her whole first session. And started my period the morning of Dutchess' second session. That period started 5 days later then when it "normally" does, which is actually usually 5 days EARLIER then what my period calendar always says. So I got an extra FIVE days In between periods AND I HAD ZERO CRAMPS! People I'm serious, NO CRAMPS. My cramps were so bad before that I signed up for a second surgery to try to help. A whole surgery. And got barelyyyyy any relief. All I did was sit NEAR my dog and had no cramps. Well that was the first day of my first period since being around the machine. I got my own session done that day, and when I tell you I'm EXCITED for my next period, I'm serious. Because I can't wait to see how it feels. Or how it doesn't feel. I even got a facial a few days ago and my face lady was like wow your face is bleeding a lot today and it never bleeds like this.... And I'm like oh is it?! Well the machine Autumn uses is said to increase blood flow... i guess that's 100% true. So if you ask me, run don't walk to see Autumn.

We took her to an emergency vet who took X-rays and diagnosed her with IVDD (disk disease.) She was put on pain killers and we were told to keep her confined. There was no real improvement over the next couple of weeks. Her back legs were very weak. She couldn't lift her head and was just not moving very well. Our regular vet recommended acupuncture, and specifically, Dr. Massicotte. She took the time to explain to us on the phone all about the service she provides. We made an appointment and two days after the first visit, Wingnut was back to herself! (See video below.) We've continued to follow-up with a couple more visits and plan to stay the course. I absolutely recommend Dr. Massicotte and acupuncture for this type of condition. We were lucky to find her!

He's more energetic, eating more, and wanting to play much more so than before. I'd recommend Dr. M's treatments along w/the holistic herbs she suggests. She is compassionate, very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in your pet's welfare and comfort. Couldn't be happier!
