Prior to the visit, I had to fill out extensive paperwork, detailing all my symptoms, including root causes leading up to my illness. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that I was to meet with his daughter, in training, instead of Dr. Kotsanis. It was very disappointing. She didn't seem to grasp what I was going through, which left me frustrated. Dr. Kotsanis decided to come out of his office to see me. He didn't know a single thing about me, and obviously didn't read any of the history. I ended up leaving his office broke, devestated, and defeated. Needless to say, I would not recommend Dr. Kotsanis. He is clearly in it for the money. For 2000K up front, I would think he would take the time to get to know me!

This explained why she seemed to be continually sleepy. Dr. Clark's treatment has helped right size this along with other issues. We are still working through her anxiety --this has been slow going mostly because we first had to tackle her use of vapes and D8 substances -- something I would recommend you do to not lose momentum with this therapy. That said, in some ways, we needed to start with Neuro therapy first to give my daughter a fighting chance with substance use issues. We commited her to @Clearfork Academy South in Ft. A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients.
