Came to Whole Foods as they were having their floral department posting on Too Good To Go. I've been waiting to see what kind of floral arrangements they would have. As you know TGTG is a surprise. You don't know what you're going to get. My TGTG was $7.99 and my flowers were a mixture. I went to the service desk, said I have a TGTG floral purchase. They made a call to the floral department and a few short minutes later the gentleman came out with a big bundle. I was so thrilled at how many I got. Now, I know they're not going to be perfect. They are starting to have a droop effect. But for the cost, they are amazing. I've had them at home now for 2 days and I think they actually started perking up. Very happy with what I received. Their pick up window times are late, 8pm to 9pm and I don't live close by, so that's an inconvenience for me. But I happened to be out that night and saw that they had the TGTG service on. Hopefully in the future if the stars are aligned, I'll be able to get a floral arrangement again. read more

Actually by manuka honey at this location at hill country galleria, My problem is I used to buy the high UMF here, So now I asked for assistance because they did say they did carry what happened then is they brought me to the shelf and showed me all of the manuka honey was scarce hardly around three, that was on the shelf but yet they didn't no longer carry the GMO of 800 that I used to buy , yeah if it's that specific. I call before I drove all the way to Whole Foods to buy my favorite GMO of a 100 which I used to buy all of them now they carry 200 300 GMO and I'm not that happy. So I was told that I can call and find out if there Will be stocking the preferred manuka honey that I love. So I recommend you call before you come out because they gave me false information saying that they do have it on the shelf ends on stock. Being very disappointed even if you call you may not see it on the shelf by the time you get there because it's always being sold quickly. Very hard to find overall my experience other than that this is the location I do really love to shop that's clean and people are very informative on products you're buying but today I give them a lower rating for my disappointment. I can get lost every time I go into a Whole Foods, but with the limited time that I have for lunch, I knew my focus was to grab something healthy and fresh. I was so excited to see the salad bar because that was not my intent. My intent was to get already premade salad, and I forgot about all the lovely options.I made myself a nice healthy salad and added four lemon pepper chicken wings. It was just under $12 which was great. They also have an area where you can enjoy your lunch while you work or just embrace the atmosphere. On the way out, I saw these giant pumpkins and these tiny pumpkins which I thought were so cute. The service was quite great as well. My cashier was very friendly and communicated quite well about the products that I was buying. I pretty much bought the salad and some great soap products that I buy here all the time. One of the smaller Whole Foods I've been to, but they manage to keep the majority of the items I want in stock. I'm grateful to have a store close enough to my house that delivery is available. The one thing I can say (having shopped at this store for over a decade) is the staff provides the most amazing customer service. Stellar! I recently placed an order to get a few specialty food items to enjoy on the holidays solo. [NOTE: When you shop through Amazon Prime any items shopped as "unavailable" are replaced by an Amazon automatic algorithm and you literally only have 90 seconds to accept or deny via text. Not the store's fault, but very annoying.] On this particular order, the algorithm replaced a meat product with a dessert. Hilarious. Knowing the time restrictions, I immediately called the store. I had called late the previous evening to make sure they had plenty of the product in stock and was assured they did. I was told that there was nothing they could do, as the order had already closed. I kindly asked to be escalated to an e-commerce rep. Kai (and other staff) successfully found the item I desperately wanted for the occasion and added it to my order. :) For any other person, and especially during any other time of year, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal at all. To me this year, during this time, it was and is. So thank you so much Kai et al for helping me make the best time of the holiday season that I planned for myself. Joy to the world! Solid Whole Foods in bee cave with abundant natural and fresh produce and hot foods bar on offering. We went on a Saturday night and it was very well lit, although the deli offerings looked a little bit sad. Service was standard Whole Foods behavior with self check out, seating outside and in the area to dine or take your food out to go! This is a bit of a trek for us to go to but we are loyal WF fans and enjoyed exploring this spot! read more

I just moved to lake way and I had a really disappointing experience at the Whole Foods in Lakeway because of two employees, Katy and Haley. Their attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. When I asked for help, they were dismissive, short, and acted like I was an inconvenience instead of someone needing assistance. Customer service should be a priority, especially at a store like Whole Foods where people expect a friendly and respectful environment. This experience honestly made me not want to return, which is unfortunate because I usually enjoy shopping here. I hope management addresses this and provides better training on how to treat customers with basic kindness and professionalism. read more

The products sold here are great! The curbside delivery is a life saver! The issue I have with this Whole Foods Market location is that I have gone to this location multiple times to get hot food and a salad from the salad bar area only to get there and see that they have put away the hot foods. And I have gone during dinner and breakfast hrs! When compared to the Whole Foods at the domain (which even has a ramen station) or the Whole Foods on William cannon, this is food bar area needs a revamp or an update on the hours where they will keep the hot food available. I really only use this whole foods for groceries. When I'm hungry and need to grab food, I usually just make the drive to the William Cannon location, which is really good and always has a good amount of options! read more

This is a review for the meat department at Whole Foods in the Hill County Galleria/Bee Cave, TX. The steaks that you are selling are inconsistent and for the most part....horrible! My husband bought one 'dry aged' ribeye steak for almost $40.00 and it was basically inedible. Tough and no flavor. We split this steak and both of us ended-up throwing it in the trash. Not even fit for our dog. Not sure what is going on at this store with your steaks, but IF WE EVER buy another steak this bad we are bringing it back to you and asking for our money back! read more

The produce here is hit or miss. In the last two months, I've thrown out eight moldy cobs of corn, about three or four onions, a few peppers, and a pack of mushrooms as well. I've never had this problem with other Whole Foods I've frequented before moving to the area. Back in April I tried one of their Tempeh "BLT" sandwiches which I got food poisoning from, so the deli here has quality control issues too. I hate the drive but the Sunset Valley store is much better, plus Central Market is there too. read more

I went to this WF to get their premade chicken breast because I've really enjoyed it. There wasn't any out on the shelf so I went to the deli counter to get some. The woman at the counter was talking to another worker and I was ignored for about 10 minutes. Another customer came up to order something and another worker behind the counter helped her (even though I had been standing there for about 10 minutes waiting for the workers to finish their chit chat). The first worker finally helped me and when I told her that I wanted 6 chicken breasts, she repeated "6?!" And I said yes. She boxed up 3 chicken breasts and told me that "these 3 are pretty big so I think that should be good". I told her no and that I wanted 6 of the large chicken breasts and she boxed up 3 more for me. The customer service has never been great here but this is by far the worst experience I've had and makes me not want to come back here. From being ignored to being made to feel like I was ordering an absurd amount of food, I can say this WF needs to improve their customer service. read more

The Whole Foods customer service at Bee Cave has progressively gotten worse. The cashiers barely acknowledge you, and act as if they cannot be bothered with you. Today I was trying to check out. Had half of my shopping cart unloaded on the conveyor belt, cashier standing there watching me. Then she says, Ma'am, I'm closed. You need to go else-wear to check out. Then watched me take everything off of the belt, put it back in my basket to go stand in line "else-wear". I will take her advice and go else wear. I'll never go to this store ever again. I have visited many Whole Foods, (I previously travelled for work and would map out the WF in my territory) this store must have gone rogue as it's nothing like what the brand positioned itself. Let's discuss the pre-made food service, it's clear they don't really care as there are very few choices AND the other day I went in just before 7p, I stood at the counter waiting with no one available, took a turn around the store and on my way back someone was out breaking it down. WTF, it was only 7! Last time I checked that is still the dinner hour. Outside of that I find the workers seem very miserable- that is a management issue, do they not get treated well?! Shelves are often out of stock and they had closed their coffee bar over the holidays. Just so frustrating to have this as our only option out here, we barely go any longer as their price vs value is taking a sharp decline. Perhaps it's time for new management. read more

I cannot fathom why this WF's is run so poorly. The last several times I have gone in around supper time (6-7 pm) to pick up dinner they have had 1) the meat department shut with all meat put up and 2) the prepared food counter closing down. Last night the prepared food was being broken down at 7 pm. I asked the woman if there was any way I could grab some premade baked potatoes. Nope was her answer! Customer service counter is rude, salad bar is never stocked, you never know what you are going to get. It's ridiculous. I think you are so much better off going to H‑E‑B right around the corner. I really miss going to Whole Foods. This is Amazon. Whole Foods is gone. It's the same crap on the food bar every day. Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, some fish that they might change the recipe for every once in a while, that looks disgusting... This location has everything you need to make a good meal, meet dietary restrictions, alcohol, food bar, bakery, coffee and more. There is charging stations outside the store for your cars which is helpful if you own one that needs this service. Let me start by saying I am a Whole Foods Lover. I am and no matter how many times I go and am truly in awe of the food presentation. I love to spend most of my time in the outer perimeter of the store carefully looking over the bakery, prepared food, cheese, meat market, fish and of course fresh veggies. This was my 1st time to this location and my 1st impression was that is was really cute. Cute in two ways one because it is an attractive building and two because it's like a mini size of the one down town. I would call this the petite Whole Foods of the galleria. But do not discount this store because of it's size it has many of the items you know and love. Another thing call me crazy but I kinda feel like some of the prices at this store were a little cheaper. Some of the meat and veggies I felt were more fairly priced then at the other larger locations. I'll double check but I know I saw some deals. One of the nicest deals I found was the cauliflower priced at 2.49 each. Wait let me say this again I said each not per pound. I was skeptical so I asked the produce department guy and he said yes that price is correct. These babies were huge..... baby huge. So huge that I finally broke down and weighted one.... 9.5 pounds. So I happily loaded my mine cart with 2 of them ( which left no room for anything else in that area). My poor family will be eating cauliflower for days and days but that's okay because I got a great deal. I guess the moral of this review is look for the deals Whole Foods does have them! read more

Salad bar selection is ok but this review is for the hot foods selection or lack thereof. Seems like WF in Beecaves at least is not interested in selling appealing, fresh hot foods. The amount of entrees is lacking with a lot of chicken (low food cost)and occasionally white fish (same) when they even have that available. Oh and btw all this for $10 per pound??!! Hot soups are a hit and miss. Only one side of the hot food table is open at any given time with the other tables full of empty food trays. Whole Foods if you're not in the game to sell quality, fresh prepared foods to your loyal customers then maybe it's time to get outta the game. read more

Prices are likely a bit higher than other natural food markets and let's be honest there is a lot more competition..everyone is in on that game now, so Whole Foods isn't so unique. Amazon Prime discount makes it kinda funner to search for deals and WF is fairly reliable for better selections. Read those ingredients and keep 'em simple! Unfortunately items are quick to be discontinued and consistently out of stock. But that's a lot of places now with the times. The people that work there are generally pretty cool so they must like their jobs and that's important! So stop on in and grab a slice of pizza and a beer! Very nice location. Easy parking. It's not so large that I got lost in it. Hard going in, out, and moving about during Lockdown. I was surprised this little store had what I needed, but I needed to leave in a hurry and my hands were full. I asked if there was any way I could have my items put on hold. I know it was hard for the associate, Olivia, to make the decision, but they did it with a smile and empathy. I came back and they were waiting for me. Clean, courteous staff, and really nice seating. They have a wonderful balcony on the second floor if you buy a meal and decide to grab a drink and hang out for a bit. The staff is really nice in the afternoons, but this is my third trip to this location in the evening and it's a different experience. It's hard to find people to help at the counters and most of the food has already been put away 2 hours before they close. No hamburgers. No pizzas. No prepared foods. The deli counter is closed. I bought a Family Casserole here (WF Bee Cave) last night that made the whole family sick as dogs. It was awful - we are talking about "explosive" you know what!! Once I was able to get out, I went back and got a refund and spoke with the manager Brett Peterson. He was basically less than sympathetic and said, "Well nobody else has reported anything". I told him that everybody else was probably still on the john. This company has really deteriorated. Poor food quality and really poor customer service. I plan to spend my cash elsewhere from now on. WHY A LOW RATING? The meat and deli area! - that's why! oh... and a problem at the coffee area too... Generally, I have a love/hate relationship with Whole Foods. I love health food stores - but I do prefer small, local mom&pop type places for the most part. Already Whole Foods is lacking on my radar, but I am thankful for a place I can eat and buy products that are a far cry away from the mainstream garbage that poisons us at every turn (not that you can't get that at WF too). Anyhow... happy there is a WF in Lakeway. LOVE that there is chair massage too! I have to say I was more than disappointed with the crappy...and I mean CRAPPY service I received last Monday when I went to get some roast beef slices. There were at least 8-10 people standing around in a doorway about 3 feet away from me. I stood and waited... looked for a bell... wasn't sure if I was supposed to interrupt this "meeting" of sorts. The sandwich making people Never bothered to tell the folks standing around that I was there. Some guy who was the only busy person carrying out things for the salad bar finally yelled to the group that I was waiting for them. Some young person with an attitude problem mumbled something at me (?)... I showed her the food I wanted, she walked around to see what I was pointing at and then proceeded to go back and grab a small dry hunk of meat to slice. huh?! I asked her nicely to please cut from the rare one (that I had already showed her). Then I went to the coffee area and the very nice young man there smelled like a walking cigarette. It was insulting and really gross. He must not have washed his clothes for a week during a smoke-a-thon (really!) I'm not particularly sensitive to smoke, but the high prices and high end clientele just don't fit with the aroma that attacked me from the other side of the counter. So, sorry Whole Foods - this visit was not a pleasant one. I hope for a better one next time I'm in your area. read more

On a Sunday afternoon a couple months ago, I did a whirlwind tour of all the WFM stores in Austin. It wasn't a tour as much as it was a quest for an item, and I struck out at every store, but I got to compare and contrast them really keenly all at once. Bear in mind this is a grocery shopping experience, so if your primary reason for visiting is to drink or eat, YMMV applies. This is my dream Whole Foods Market. Wide aisles, bright lighting, and spectacular presentations actually want to make me linger and shop. Parking is a breeze relative to all of the other Austin stores. And the employees just seem more laid back at this store. I don't get the "anxious hippie" feeling that you get from staff downtown, nor the "constipated yuppie" feeling at the Domain store. Pretty much this is the "Mama Bear" store of the Whole Foods lot. This is my new "must stop" every time I visit the Hill Country Galleria! read more

My most favorite ready hot food bar in the wholeeee state of Texas! Some people frown over my love of hot food bars and that's quite alright...they don't know what they're missing!! I've even had the fresh salmon and have lived to write the review. Nice, golden hot pizza made with quality ingredients. Crispy wings, fresh glorious vegetables. The salad bar has everything you could ever possibly want from a salad bar. Also, do yourselves a favor and snag a cup of chocolate pudding from the bakery and a loaf of fresh baked bread. The prices are fair for the quality you receive. A restaurant serving more inferior products charge triple what whole foods charges.
