His office staff put up with my many calls and questions as this was the first big home improvement I had done on my home. His team was prompt, professional and very clean. Even though the temp was in the high 80's the days they were here, there was no complaining and they worked hard to make sure all of the issues under the shingles were addressed and fixed properly. A fast, efficient and detailed supervisor named "River" completed the job in less than 3 hours. He introduced himself and guys before starting to confirm the steps of the project. They were up for 9 months and with the first major storm the gutters ended up on the roof. They hung them from the roof with straps and never attached them to the facia.
