A year and a half ago, I started seeing Claire and immediately realized that I had found something new. Compassion, trust, accountability, and a strong desire to help me be successful. I had never experienced this level of attention, focus, and ultimately, a sense of success and happiness. Claire provides a comforting approach to dark and difficult places. She allows a natural progression through emotions, conversation, and action items. Therapy requires work, and sometimes we feel discouraged from continuing. Claire makes treatment feel like a mental serum for self-confidence, accomplishment, and motivation. I am a massive supporter of therapy and self-care.
