Thought the prices would be better if we went further into Wyoming from the border, but that wasn't the case. We had several hundred spectators from our neighborhood that said it was the best amateur show they had ever seen for around $250. The video's we shot definitely prove it. We drove to Cheyenne to buy fireworks. We saw a flagger in the road directing us to this store…read more There were many stores to choose from and we have typically gone to Phantom as we get mailers and coupons from them. We could not have been happier we chose to to stop in this particular store. The parking lot was organized and easy to find a spot. We noticed the "Colorado owned" sign and being from Colorado, we liked that. As we walked through the door, we were told to text "bang" to a certain number to receive 50 percent off everything we bought. We did so and the coupon arrived on our phone in seconds. The building is huge and the firework selection is absolutely off the hook. A man named Billy starting helping us and he simply could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He answers all our questions and even told us to see how any firework actually performed, all we had to do was scan the QR code on any package. This was a very cool option I had never seen before. We were able to locate and purchase every single type of product we were looking for. Smoke, sparklers, fountains, Roman candles, spinners and mortars. The 50 percent off saved us hundreds of dollars and the customer service simply could not have been better. Billy, if you read this..... Thank you so much for the personalized help and friendly attitude. You really did make our family outing all that much better. This store sells all the brands, not just one and they sell them at lower prices. I highly suggest you give this place a try. We are sure happy we did.

We had to sign a waiver and present our Driver's License at the entrance (with a printed copy) to clear our names of any Watchlists. Yes, the paper you have to sign just asks you to verify that you are not on a terrorist watch list and/or plan to use the fireworks in a terrorist act. All places should ask this! It is pretty safe! Offers a military/first responder 50% off discount. I loved, loved, loved the purple cake that was made out of... You wouldn't believe- fireworks! It was the most memorable product that Phantom Fireworks presented to me. I also enjoyed their aisles of endless products; I really love how serious their staff are on safety, customer service and overall quality of their fireworks.

My only complaint was anytime I asked ANY of the employees where to find something or where I needed to be, not a single person knew. They need to review or go over what to do when a person needs help! I was belittled by one of the security guards because I had called a building by the wrong name, despite him knowing what one I was talking about. That was annoying. I was also sad that I had to give up my concert tickets when we walked into the pit and given a wristband instead because I wasn't able to keep it as a souvenir. I won meet and greet passes for Miranda and thought about having her sign my ticket, but I'm really glad that didn't end up happening because it would have been taken away from my trip completely!

I realize many times the people purchasing tickets are the hold up because they don't know what they want/need for the price. It would be very helpful for the "novice" rodeo goers if they had a huge diagram showing seats and pricing so there wasn't so much time spent on "what do those seats cost". PS My best suggestion to ticket buyers: purchase our tickets for the next day, after the previous days show OR better yet order tickets early and have them shipped to you can avoiding this building altogether.
