They need to review or go over what to do when a person needs help! I was belittled by one of the security guards because I had called a building by the wrong name, despite him knowing what one I was talking about. That was annoying. PS My best suggestion to ticket buyers: purchase our tickets for the next day, after the previous days show OR better yet order tickets early and have them shipped to you can avoiding this building altogether.
