I also enjoyed input from the entire design team. They work together very comfortably which made my experience very comfortable. Simon and the crew who did the installations were super courteous. They did excellent and careful work. If there was a problem they came back and fixed it. They took a lot of pride in their craftsmanship. Their work was beautiful. They left me with an end countertop that's not even attached or level. Simon blamed me, the floors, the ceiling, the walls, the cabinet installer everyone but themselves. It was a 2 day job, day 1 countertops all level and beautiful, day 2 backsplash. The backsplash was clearly cut too short so they lifted the countertop up to meet it. I can slide my hand under the counter between the cabinet. This was over $21k and they just ran my card, didn't even check to make sure I was happy with the job. Their response is for me to call cambria. Also seams everywhere, Simon told me to use barkeepers friend to buff out, cambria said NOOOOO, never use an abrasive..... good going Simon, way to know your product lines! read more

Lauren was a pleasure to work with, and very accommodating. The installers, however, did not measure my existing faucets, so I had to purchase new faucets with a base covering that I don't like because the holes were drilled too large. Great job done The cooktop was left unconnected and the breaker switch broken- promptly fixed after calling jewels Punctual: work was started on the time agreed upon Cons: Three of the edges did not look good/finished because of the original metal edging in the wall in 2 of 3 edges - hence making the said 3 edges look unfinished and not per expectation as discussed- *The Owner Chris personally came over to look at it and promised to have them fixed asap at his expense and committed to refunding $171 to compensate for some of the labor cost incurred with plumbing for the faucet installation and reconnecting sink to supply and drainage I really appreciate Chris for taking the time and effort to ensure our satisfaction and certainly hope to do business with him again soon when we decide to refloor our kitchen etc. read more

Very disappointing experience. First of all,the granite offered is not "wholesale". Their prices are consistent with other locally owned businesses. If it wasn't bad enough for the sales person to not show up for our first appointment to have our kitchen measured, we received multiple quotes, with various different measurements. Then we were offered to pay $75.00 to have a laser measurement done. Then the owner, who also sent over a bid that was full of errors, offered to wave the fee. They use terms like " We want to earn your business", then the owners call and have no clue how to keep a customer. I will never recommend this business. read more

Just went in here to look at quartz and get a quote. The place stunk terribly (sorry, that smell is still hurting my nostrils). The first associate that greeted me must have been new because she looked clueless. The "salespro" came out and answered the few questions I had. When I asked about instillation prices ($26.99/sq ft) she got offended when I said she was way higher than the other quotes I had received. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and knows they are 30% cheaper than competitors. No ones arguing, just stating facts lady. If it offends you then lower your prices! read more

Me and my wife went to this location close to closing and talk to Chris. He was really helpful, walked us though the design process. Was very transparent about prices (which where the very reasonable) and limitation with the material. One of the other places we went to told us something things where possible and then later we found out otherwise. We would have probably gone with them even if they where not the cheapest because they where honest and knowledgeable. Install went fine, the guys finished in a reasonable amount of time and have not had any issues. All and all we would recommend them. read more

Poor customer service and even worse job of cutting and installing our granite. They cut the pieces uneven and not straight. It left gaps between granite and backsplash. They also damaged our oven pulling it out and damaged our sheet rock really bad when installing. The workers that installed granite very not friendly. Chris was informative with our options and was excellent in following up with us after the installation. This company has very good warranties as well. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As a customer, customer service and the way I am treated trumps all. The owner is unprofessional and unwilling to correct mistakes. Granite Installation was not done to industry standard. Gap left between granite and sink due to poor installation resulted in water leaking under bathroom sink and created mold under my cabinet. Called to see what help we could receive for his mistake. Unreliable was very hard to get a hold of and did not keep his word to repair what he agreed to. I never expected or asked for anything specific in this matter I was willing to accept any help this company would provide. Sent incompetent individuals to aide in fixing the issue which resulted in more damage- Removed granite with sinks still attached. Goggle could tell you that doing this will result in a broken slab. Bottom line, if the job would've been done correctly in the first place none of this would've ever happened. It was one mistake after another on Wholesale Granites ends and as their customer I am the one who has to pay 100% for their mistakes. read more

Owners are nice but the installers are not the best. They put a bull nose on the side that goes up against the wall, didn't center the stove with the cabinets so we can't add a center piece in our back splash. They broke the piece behind the stove, the piece in the hall way bath is cut small so the trim hangs out past the granite. Overall a bad experience and it cost $6200. read more
