I got back on the website right after to look at something else, and the laptop was not available no more in inventory. Waiting on my email for item ready for pick up 20 minutes later and got an email telling me my order had been cancelled. i called and got someone on the phone to be told that "someone else had put it on hold before me". So if it pulls it out of number of stock when i put it on hold how is that possible??? All i got was the run around and told if they didn't purchase it by end of the day it would be added back to inventory and i could try and reserve it again tomorrow. So if when you put on item on hold if it pulls from inventory and will no longer allow holds on the website, how did someone else put it on hold before me? IT allowed me to do it, i have the confirmation and then they cancelled it. Not happy as price was good and of course no more in stock and not replenished. Two months later and still looking for one.

I didn't see any reviews on here for them, but decided to give them a shot anyways, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. I had purchased a computer on ebay that apparently had the wrong operating system and a ton of bootleg programs, which ultimately caused it to crash. The owner Chris, was awesome and showed me how to prevent this from happening again in the future. He opened up my computer where the battery goes, and showed me that it has the correct operating system stamped on there. He reinstalled the correct software for me, and over delivered on his promises. He quoted me a certain time frame, and he was super fast and proficient. I got my computer back just a few days after dropping it off. He also gave me a free virus protection program and saved everything that was on the hardrive and desk top. I was so relieved because I have my photography and graphic design stuff on here, and stupidly hadn't backed it up for awhile. Well, Chris saved the day, and I would gladly use him for any future issues I have with my computer. A+ Service!!

Wires are totally hidden, neatly tucked away up inside headliner and reaching to the rear camera. I could not stand having a camera with dangling wires.. Chris is the best around and also installs stereo systems as well as other custom accessories such as LED lighting upgrades.
