Took deposit by phone so I didn't have to go anywhere. Very simple. Josh (the Owner) came out to do measurements to make sure I selected correct size then they order the door. He is very courteous and respectful. Spoke so that I could understand everything that was going to happen and what came with the door and install. Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! I checked around and their price was comparable to the prices of other companies. In this day and age, I'll pay top price for Honesty and Integrity all day long. Ashleigh in the office kept us appraised of progress and was very accomodating when we had delays on our end due to other contractors. They just rolled with it. Secondly, the finished product is absolutely stunning, with obvious pride of workmanship! It's kind of hard to get excited about a pool fence, but let me say that rather than an "industrial" looking standard type of black and straight fence, they custom made a rusted, architecturally sensitive fence that blends in with the elements of the yard beautifully. Upon installation, "forgot" there were supposed to be screens on the windows. Installation was very poor - exterior door pushed in within a couple of days of installation with damage to frame. Did not seem concerned that door was so easily broken into. Handle on one door broke 2 weeks after installation. Very defensive when problems brought to their attention. Cannot recommend.

We had about 6 or 7 glass units replaced, as the seals were compromised…read more The workers did a decent job, but the glass Open Enclose used for the job was very milky on the inside (between the panes) when the sun shone on it. It was bad enough that they even replaced 3 units that were the worst, and the new units showed the same defect. Turns out they used a brand of glass called OldCastle. That seemed to be the problem because we had Green Valley Glass replace these new windows with another brand and the milkiness problem went away. Open Enclose refused to reimburse us for the 3 units we had Green Valley Glass replace. If you decide to get your glass from Open Enclose, do not let them sell you OldCastle glass.

I made the mistake of using this company. Poor service since they don't know their Milgard…read moreproducts. For example I asked about the crank on the casement window on the thermal aluminum windows at their showroom. They said it's a standard crank out. Well, turns out it's a push out, so you need to remove the screen and push open. So let the bugs in first? The arm does not keep it open. They also provided a screen with an opening to help push open easier which is UGLY. On the orders there is only a quote # so when I contact Milgard I do not have the order #. The quotes do not specify the models I purchased. Besides that, where the units meet on the exterior, they added a vinyl strip to cover between which is now a faded and never matched the color of the windows or door. Totally unacceptable next to my fiberglass door and aluminum windows. I am now trying to get service for the windows from Milgard and they have not responded. I contacted them Feb 2026. The lower fixed aluminum windows have condensation between the panes. Stay away!
