When we arrived they spent a bit of time greeting my pet and sent us to the vet section but the check in lady with red sparse hair claimed we were told it should've been our appointment slot on the dot and that we were not told we'd be accommodated. That is not something I misheard on the phone so it was inappropriate to insinuate I was lying. Also claimed their last appointment spot was 30 minutes earlier than the slots on the website, when I had checked availability earlier the same day there were definitely later appointment spots. Never had this issue elsewhere, did not even try to reschedule me or offer other locations.

Basically, they sold us an INCREDIBLY sick dog that they were giving the wrong antibiotic to (per the vet's comments when I showed her what they sent us home with, which was in a bottle marked with a permanent marker, not a prescription bottle). We inevitably gave our sweet golden to a friend, when we could no longer afford her exorbitant vet bills, because she is a vet and can treat her, and she has since become their best friend. Please please PLEASE head this warning and do your research. These are puppy mill puppies, that they sell for thousands of dollars. (Rogue was 1600) I will be pursuing legal action against the business and reporting them. Fortunately, I am a publicist, so I have access to the media and will use my job for good to get this awful, inhumane place shut down for good.

I couldn't find a parking spot around this area so I went down a street that turned out to be the back property of the Northern Valley Feed. There was a man who began to curse and yell at me to get out of this area because it was private property. I apologized and told him that I would get out. But there was so zero space for me to take a U-turn and I saw that there was a larger area for me to turn the car upfront, so I told him I would drive a little further and turn my car around. He then screamed that it was private property and I would have to figure out a way to get out from where I was. It took me at least 20 minutes to slowly back my way out of this small street. Although, I was not a customer I could definitely see what service that these employees provide. I'm disappointed that I couldn't give this place anything lower than one star. I would advice everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
