When we arrived they spent a bit of time greeting my pet and sent us to the vet section but the check in lady with red sparse hair claimed we were told it should've been our appointment slot on the dot and that we were not told we'd be accommodated. That is not something I misheard on the phone so it was inappropriate to insinuate I was lying. Also claimed their last appointment spot was 30 minutes earlier than the slots on the website, when I had checked availability earlier the same day there were definitely later appointment spots. Never had this issue elsewhere, did not even try to reschedule me or offer other locations.

It's convenient and quick. Prices here seem to be fair. I've bought fish and a bearded dragon, though I wouldn't recommend the beardies here. While the price looks great, ours got cancer and died after 1.5 years. Vet said it was genetic. These days, I mostly get fish and crickets. They also sell birds and have cats to adopt.

We inevitably gave our sweet golden to a friend, when we could no longer afford her exorbitant vet bills, because she is a vet and can treat her, and she has since become their best friend. Please please PLEASE head this warning and do your research. These are puppy mill puppies, that they sell for thousands of dollars. (Rogue was 1600) I will be pursuing legal action against the business and reporting them. Fortunately, I am a publicist, so I have access to the media and will use my job for good to get this awful, inhumane place shut down for good.

She claim it was only a little, that there was no blood on the towel... of course there wasn't blood on the towel they weren't walking on there paws, so there was no pressure. She put a powder on her paw, & said "she'll be okay, this is why they make the powder for". No pet owner wants to hear that! My dog is in pain and is extremely upset at this place.
