This is a great place to telework and/or have a meeting. They are Christian-based, but welcoming to normal traffic. The staff is friendly. They have a cozy living-room-like environment with lots of different seating options and a separate room that would be great for business meetings or christian group meetings. I had an Iced coffee (years ago, so It may have changed), it was pretty terrible. The cappuccinos are what I normally get elsewhere, but the ones here do not taste like cappuccinos. However, the lattes and regular coffees and are excellent. The frozen coffees are like a combination of coffee and milkshakes. They taste great, but might be less healthy than a coffee that is slushy iced based. The pastries are fresh, and from a source that seems like homemade food or from a bakery. One thing that could be improved is they could add healthy options for food. Being a diabetic, I sometimes pick a different place because of this. I may have seemed more harsh than I wanted in this review, so please try it for yourself. It is definitely my favorite place in town for coffee as of this writing. read more

Swung in on Saturday at 10am. 3 people ahead but took 18 minutes to order. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, very few bagels left so we just got coffee. Absolutely horrible experience here. Rude staff. Was reprimanded for my toddler yelling one time (she is 3 years old). I had already asked my toddler to use her inside voice. And he reprimanded me again. So i said we would be leaving now and he said "good". Absolutely disgusting that a place that claims to have Christian values would treat a family so rude for a toddler displaying completely developmentally normal behavior. I would understand if she had been constantly screaming, she said our names loudly one time. And i handled it. Also the drinks are gross and full of sugar, the smoothie we ordered was made with syrup and no real fruit. read more

Absolutely amazing place. Super nice inside, like stepping into your Dad's sitting room or office. They are huge supporters of Veterans and First Responders! Each week they have delicious coffee specials and offer a variety of locally created pastries and bagels. Hello Guys. Just stopped by this coffee shop i've had a couple weeks ago. First time was great. This time around was amazing. I had their Hot Matcha Green Tea with espresso and almond milk for $7 and it did not disappoint. Very flavorful, could taste the essence of the matcha along with the subtle taste of almonds natural nutty flavor and a tad creamy which tops it off. Gave it to me fresh, hot and within 1 minute. Definitely stop here if you want great coffee or a tea if you're a tea person. Place was packed, seemed calm and had a joyful atmosphere. I promoted this place for so long, brought a lot of loyal customers to it. I regret that so much. Prices are high, food and drinks are average, but the worst part is the owner guy I'm pretty sure doesn't really belive in Jesus. Only God knows but his actions say not. As this place is kinda deceiving with the name "whole grounds" and a slight Christian environment. This guy would watch me and my wife like a hawk, not knowing how many people we brought there and then one day he said to me. "I'm not running this shop for you to come here and hang out for free, if you don't buy something then leave!" I let him know we usually do but that day I had no money but if he would rather then we would leave. He said "I've never seen you 2 buy anything and yes I would rather you leave" when my wife got out of the bathroom I told her we had to go. We use to have Bible Study groups here but it's not really a Christian place, just looks like it on the outside but the heart is all about greed and money I think. read more

My favorite drink to get here is the hot chocolate freeze. It taste a lot like a milkshake. All the workers are very friendly. They also serve Nagles bagels in there and breakfast sandwiches and some pastry items. This is one of our favorite place to hand out. read more

If you're looking for a good coffee shop to become a "regular" at, this is a GREAT choice! I've never had anything that I didn't enjoy. The cinnamon rolls they sell are dangerously delicious. Their frozen latte's are addictive (in the best way). The baristas are always so so sweet. We made a random stop here on the way to Tennessee and am I glad we did. We wanted some non Dunkin or Starbucks and found this coffee shop off which is a few minutes off of I-75, but its totally worth it. We didn't know what to get, but saw a customer before us with a drink holder full of their version of the frappe. They said it was delicious, so my wife and I both decided to get it. They were the best frappes we ever had. You know how starbucks or other places make frappes but there's a distinct separation between liquid and crushed ice parts of the drink that progressively get more distinct? Wholly Grounds' frappe was perfectly blended. It stayed that way the whole time I was enjoying it, but maybe O drank it really quickly. We now have a definite stop on any trip we have to Tennesse or if we want coffee when we're near Cartersville for whatever reason. I highly recommend stopping by for a frappe if you're nearby. I bet the rest of their coffee/espresso drinks are great too, so give that a go if frappes are really not your thing. read more

Staff is so friendly but the coffee is mid. Tasted more like watered down coffee every time I got it but my boyfriend did like it.

Only went in and got a coffee just to see the menu and inside to see what this place is all about. The coffee was good a medium roast that tasted pretty bold. The coffee station pretty plain Jane seems this place is more geared toward lattes and flavored coffee. The seating is nice and the people working there are so friendly you will want to come back. Recently moved to Cartersville and found this local coffee place - highly recommend. I've been getting their frozen/blended coffee (I do a English toffee + white chocolate) and my girlfriend has gotten both Chai tea and pumpkin spice latte. Also have tried the bagels.
