The shop itself is a decent size with both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything seemed clean with no dirty tables. The short line ( had two people ahead and one of them didn't order drinks) moved quickly, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink, even though it wasn't that busy and there was only one person ahead of me that ordered drinks. Turns out most of the delay was due to online orders. Call me old-fashioned, but I think customers standing right in front of you should be served first. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming it's clear they're just following the policies set by management. Despite the unnecessary wait, my Fireside Latte was excellent. As well as the expresso scone. I guess good things come to those who wait however I don't think I wait again .. it would have been nice if they had mentioned something. Hey sir place might look empty and you might think there is only one person ahead of you but your wrong we have xx drink orders ahead of you. The just ain't here right now.

It is in the back of Olive Tree and Vine if you park out in the front on West Main. It also looks like there was a back entrance, but I did not go in that way. The back entrance takes you right in to Southern Muggs. The coffee was absolutely delicious and the barista was very helpful in providing suggestions. There is also bubble tea. The space connects to Olive Tree and Vine that has flavored olive oil/balsamic vinegar to try as well as an ample selection of diverse wines, and local beer and ciders. They even have small plates and charcuterie. The space sells local art, and has all different types of seating. What a treasure!

I always get the Iced Venetian Vanilla and it never disappoints. My husband has actually switched from the iced coffee to it. I always want to try the pina colada freeze, but just haven't yet. We've tried their baked goods and the toasted bagels are our favorite so far. They have great, quick service. Friendly staff and mobile ordering is a nice touch. We loved being able to sit on the comfortable leather couches, enjoy talented live musicians, and have great cocktails in a true lounge atmosphere. The servers have always been fantastic and continue to do an excellent job. Unfortunately, during our recent visits, Elevate seems to have lost much of the upscale lounge feel that originally made it special. What once felt like a refined escape from the typical bar scene now feels much more like a casual bar environment. Guests were dressed in flip-flops and swimwear, and during our last visit a group brought in takeout food with a very strong odor and set up a card game near the front while the musician was performing. The venue is spacious enough that these activities could have taken place elsewhere without disrupting those there to enjoy the music. We eventually moved tables just to regain a view of the performer. Additionally, due to the crowd volume, the servers -- despite their best efforts -- were unable to keep up with drink service, and we ultimately decided to skip our final round and leave. We truly miss the sophisticated lounge atmosphere Elevate once offered and hope it can return to being a place where guests can enjoy quality music, cocktails, and conversation in a more refined setting.

And then, my order was wrong - they'd charged for & made a more expensive item. Sigh. To their credit, they quickly remade to get me the pancake wrap & let us keep the wrong item. Then, I noticed they hadn't included the dipping syrup. I asked the same cashier - she took a brief glance at the containers behind counter & said in a sort of whine, "I think we're out of that." First Dunkin' visit in years & sadly, I'm reminded why.
