I forgot my pen at home (San Jose) and so I decided to check out a dispensary here in LA. Location was quick to find, well established. There wasn't a wait, check in was fast and the facility was very clean. At first thought, I'm only here for a few days (3 days to be exact) and I didn't want to buy any fancy pen since I already have two at home. I explained my situation to the bud tender Holly and she was awesome! She didn't try to sell me anything price and explained my best options. Friday night 9:40pm (3-16-18) I rarely give 2 star reviews.... Went in a few days ago to pick up an edible (as I usually do). For the first time they did not have this particular edible in stock, just sold out. I left my name with Steve (really nice guy) to call me and possibly hold one aside for me. So I've called a few times since going to see if their shipment had arrived. Tonight I called and spoke to one of the rudest people working at a dispensary. I've never dealt with someone that wasn't nice at a dispensary. She said she was a manager. Managers don't speak the way she did to a person that comes to your business and spends money...that was just calling to ask if you had a product in. Or could not tell me if a particular person was working when I asked. Am I calling secret services or the government? Wow! I just wanted to speak to the person (that was nice) that I dealt with in person. Is that so hard to ask? Wtf? Everyone else that we e dealt with here has been nice, no complaints.
