You can bring your own oil in or your own parts and they will charge just for the service if that is what you need and want! They can order your parts, and if they do...they call around for the best prices! They can be busy at times so scheduled appointments are best. I had a tire with a screw stuck in it, it was stuck into the thick tread part on the outer, I called and visited at least 3-4 other places that denied wanting to repair my tire because they stated "it's too close to the sidewall", and they all wanted me to buy a new tire. But NOT Wilson's! They had one of their Tire guys come out take a look, removed the screw, patched up the wheel and my tire has been perfect for months now with no problems! They saved me over $100 since I didn't have to get the tire replaced and it was a fairly new tire. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will only use them for all of my automotive needs. No need to go to a place that overcharges for "reputation". I can only hope Wilson's gets more business and recognition for their honest, quality work!

Our SUV broke down in Kentucky on the way home from vacation. We called and actually got someone on…read morethe phone when our own shop did not answer. This is at 10pm. They were very helpful! They came all the way out to where we were and towed our SUV to our shop. I was able to pay cash (shocking right). We waited about an hour for them to show, which was fast considering how far we were from them. They made sure all the windows were up and the car was locked when they dropped it off. They filled out the drop envelope with the keys and put it in the drop box for us. They even sent me a picture where they dropped it. I will be keeping their number just in case we break down again!!!!

Towing is about the only thing he has going for his business. His guys working for him are great guys and so are the mechanics who can put up with his shady behavior and don't care about their reputations being destroyed. The ones that stay working for him are no only are NOT ASE certified as he claims but stay because they need jobs and will do as the boss says. His ASE certified mechanics have left his shop to save their names in a small town like Mt. Orab where you are only as good as your word. I f I could give him a zero star rating I would Trust me take your vehicle somewhere else if you want it fixed right. I'm new to the motorcycle world and was looking for some guidance, the head mechanic proceeded to tell me and his workers to "if i'm not paying for their time to not assist his or answer any of his questions". Then tried to discourage me and told me to sell my bike instead of buying a new back rim? After I thought i had found the right rim WITHOUT guidance, i go to the office to pick out a tire and pay - the mechanics radiod up to the same dick head mechanic and said Rim i picked wouldn't work. Then infront of other customers he proceeded to tell me if i wanted to walk back there to choose a different rim it would be an additional $50, cussing the whole time / finishing his rant saying he should sell all of his rims and tires because he doesn't want to deal with this s***. Needless to say, they never even said it would cost $50 to go look at the rims? I paid the $50, took my broken rim and left. If you can't handle running a business and helping your customers then why the hell are you running one? The whole time this "lead mechanic" was yelling the front office lady was giggling. Pathetic. This company lost over $600 for a s*** attitude. I wonder how much other money he's ran off? Side note : The mechanics in the BACK of the garage were nice and trying to help but that "lead" mechanic was just throwing a tantrum telling them not to.
