This charming local coffee shop is small and set up for drive-thru and walk-up service only, there's no seating available. It has a similar vibe to The Human Bean. The service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered two dirty chai lattes, topped with whipped cream and dusted with cinnamon, they were delicious! They also offer a variety of seasonal drinks. Like Dutch Bros but original to AZ and in my opinion and my husband (who is a bit of a coffee snob lol) it is WAY BETTER! We both got the iced mocha. My daughter loved the iced peach green tea. The barista was really nice and helpful. My only complaint is we were only in town one morning so we only get to enjoy this delicious coffee one time. read more

We were in Flagstaff to go away for new year holiday, we always stop there when we are in the area since we like to support local business instead of Starbucks. It was January 1-2017 at 4:00 pm, we ordered double shot espresso, ice caramel, and hot mocha. The Barista asked me to repeat my order 3 time because the music inside was so loud, so turn it down? even after that, instead of hot mocha she gave us regular coffee, I just noticed after I hit I40, she still got our order wrong. I also had to ask her for receipt which it was weird items description, all it shows is Custom Amount and the price. The drink wasn't that great. read more

My sister and I got 2 coffees from here this morning. It's a small location next to Randy's Automotive. I got the Carmel Machiatto (not the best I've had) and my sister got a White Monsoon (which she loves). It is her favorite thing to order on the menu and she goes almost every morning. This morning the barista made us "whip sticks" for all of the kids. It's a straw that has whip cream on it. The kids absolutely love it! Very nice of them to do that for the kids. read more

I really enjoy coming to this coffee shop, there is one right by my work so it's nice to stop by during my break and get a coffee. I personally like their rockstar drinks and usually get them every time I go. The only thing I don't like is that it seems like every location has different rules which makes no sense to me. I went to a location on the other side of town, asked for my rockstar in a large cup with extra ice and extra white chocolate (this is my go to) I have NEVER had a problem ordering it this way in the last year i've been going to this coffee stand however today I was told they aren't allowed to do that, but she could put it in a tiny cup and give me a hot cup with ice. The size rockstar i got was first of all not the normal size that is handed out when ordering this and if you can waste 2 cups then why are you not able to just give me 1 large cup? Makes no sense to me, seems like a waste of product. I then receive my drink and it's 1. not the right color 2. not the normal size and 3. has barely any white chocolate in it when I specifically asked for extra. I then go to hand her my card and this week there is a special for $4 rockstar drinks, she goes "$5 today" Granted the $1 makes no difference to me, but if you're having a special like you do just about every week shouldn't you know it and not over charge people? The girl was nice which is why i gave 3 stars, but I don't understand this logic that was apparently put into place by management. There's so many coffee places here in downtown flagstaff but my boyfriends dad said this place had a line a couple days ago so I gave it a try. I got the Kahlúa kicker. It's yummy. Kahlúa is one of my favorite flavors. Unfortunately the only size in iced coffees they offer is the big dog. So that kind of sucked. It's like 16 ounces I would say. The barista was very friendly. It works just like Dutch bros. I'd recommend and go back if I lived up here. :) read more

I'm sad that I'm leaving this review because I've want to love Wicked and support a local business. I recently started working in down town so I've been stopping by more frequently.. often my coffee is burnt and I'm not aware until I get to work. I end up having to throw it away. I've talked to the girls about it several times and I've even left with a cup of burnt coffee after discussing it with them. I'm not sure if it's the brewer or the quality of coffee or maybe both. They also don't have coconut milk and the almond milk is low quality icky tasting. They cost the same as Dutchbros or Starbucks, and those places have plenty of tasty milk alternatives and my coffee is never burnt. Tried supporting local :( wish they would step up!! read more

I just visited this establishment with two friends, and since I have nothing better to do than drink this dank coffee for the next four hours on my drive home, I feel that my time will be best spent writing this review. First of all, coffee is bomb. So good. I did not think I would like their automatic double espresso, but oh boy, why I have hated myself for all these years? I'm woke in the most literal and metaphorical of ways. I had the Almond Joy latte, just FYI. My friend, who is a non-native English speaker, drove, and originally wanted to order an iced cappuccino. Look, I'm gonna be real with you, I get coffee on a daily basis, and I do not know about cappuccinos, but I feel like putting ice in coffee can't be that hard. It's foam? Alright, ice that foam mother down. Ok, no big deal, our, again, non-native FOB driver friend, just really wanted an iced coffee. He probably meant latte. We thought that, but we were quickly and rudely assured by one of your non-pleasant workers. Just to be specific, it's the girl who clearly values her superior originality, as anyone can tell from her gradated purple-green hair. The septum piercing really let me know she cared about good customer service and assisting me through my order. I don't typically judge people based on their appearance, but her attitude really made her whole look come together. She giggled at us as she frankly explained how she could not ice foam. I could feel the unsaid expletives in her eyes. We quickly realized the mistake and instead ordered an iced latte. After that, we watched your excellent employee berate the poor girl who I can only assume she is training, or abusing, as she tried to ring up our order. For the record, the sweet, new? blonde girl was incredibly nice and very helpful with our questions as we have never visited your establishment before. As we got our drinks and prepared to leave, I am 99% positive I heard Cappucino Expert talk shit about us. At first, I thought, no, she's not saying something about us--? But as a shit talking expert myself, I think I know what those sly, subtle side eyes and minimal hand gestures towards us meant. Thanks again for being so kind to us and our friend, who will probably never come back to America, or at least Arizona because of your biased, judge-y, power-abusing coffee supplier. Just visiting Flagstaff and wanted to try a coffee spot we don't have back home. Girl asked for our order and we said "not sure, we haven't been here before!" and instead of helping us through the menu or suggesting anything she left us to look at the menu ourselves. Customer service wasn't amazing. I got the blended chai which is really good but the other drinks we ordered tasted powdery - not sure how they're made but the girl was really fast to make 4 drinks making us think they are powdered based?
