Took my sons car to Got tint, had 5 windows done for his 18th birthday. When we picked up his car…read moreevery window had bubbles in it and not just a few. I told my son to give it the 2 or 3 days and if its still bad we will take it back. Nothing changed and I called the guy to see when it would be possible to get the windows fixed. My son took the car back. The guy at got tint said 10. I waited till 5 after, finally called him and he said OK be there in 5. 20 minutes later he finally showed up. He made every excuse for why there was dirt under the tint, everything from I can't help if there is dirt coming out from behind the tr and the tint has static and will pick up everything. He refused to do the back window and even said he wouldn't be able to do better than what it was. My son pointed out how he cut chunks out of the rubber on the window on the passenger side and how there was no tint on the bottom of the window. The guy yet again made excuses saying the seal was lower on the outside then the inside and that's why the tint was cut short. It's not correct, the trim is lower on the outside and that's why he cut the tint to short and why he cut the inside trim/seal piece. When we went to pick the car up my son had to point out that there was still old tint under the driver's door that he fixed while we waited. The windows are still horrible with lots of dirt and bubbles and peeling up. My son doesn't have ac in his car and had to travel a long ways to get the tint done on his car. This guy not only took advantage of us but treated us like we were stupid because I'm a woman and my son is a teenager. Don't waste your money

I mean, how many mundane shops even regularly encounter a manual transmission anymore or would take my SS seriously and ensure the work done gives us her best performance and handling? Being a performance shop, we figured Eden Customs deals with tricky clutch and suspension stuff every day. So I stopped by one day to ask if they even worked on non-exotic cars like mine. WOW! Edwin made us feel so confident in the care given ALL cars brought to them... Donny, the owner at clear choice, was very helpful in explaining my options and when I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he was able to bring the price down a little to be within budget. Everything about my interaction with Donny gave me the confidence that Clear Choice was the clear choice and I was right when I picked up my vehicle. They wrap the PPF around the corners and use high quality Xpel products. Everything looked perfect. I don't know if it's their increase in volume of orders or quality of help, but it has really taken a dive for the worse. Weird hours, no call backs, locked doors, No Parking signs, so much so that I'm calling them out! On 9/28 I took 2 shirts in to have sleeve patches sewn on and name embroidered on each per spec. On or about 10/30 I went to see where they were, as I had not heard from the company. The patches were WAY out of spec! The excuse was "But that's the way we did it for (so and so). Well, that's NOT the way it's supposed to be done! "So and So" gave you the wrong 4-1-1. Wouldn't it be nice to have a copy of the military/public service agencies' P&P's and R&R's in re: emblem placement or order of precedence? Any other Military, Police/Fire/EMS or Security firm I've dealt with generally has a copy of their uni specs on file. But, oh, that's progreessive thinking, sorry! On 11/9 I called to find out about my shirts. "Uhhhh, how far from the seam do the patches go?" STILL not ready. "Come see us in an hour." 1500 hrs same day: Pick up shirts: Embroidery STILL out of spec, sleeve patches OK. 9/28 to 11/9! Winter is coming; time for long sleeves!!! No Charge.......fine, they made it good but STILL f&*^ked up the embroidery spacing. AND they have a sign/disclaimer that sez bad embroidery ain't their fault and they are happy to show it to you when you utter the words "embroidered."! 2 $90 shirts!!!! FUBAR'ed! I/we have had good experiences with this place, but Man, it has it taken a nose dive!! Well, orders come and orders go and from henceforth, no more orders or recommendations from this house, e-mails to be sent and memos posted. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
