So like an idiot, I hit the clear protective film on my fender too hard with my pressure washer. I was referred to Cool Dreams by M&M (another great place) and they didn't disappoint. I dropped off my truck yesterday (02/18) and there was an issue with my paint being damaged (on my end) once the damaged film was removed, so I took it home to do some patching up. Phil was texting me pics/updating me on the status the entire time. I brought it back this morning to have the new film applied and it took less than 45 minutes. Couldn't be happier! Went there on a Friday (7/27) morning to make an appointment for one window. The guy caught me off guard when he said "want to come back this afternoon?" We took our new Ford Edge over to Cool Dreams to have a clear protective film put on front of car and front side of fenders to stop paint from getting chipped from rocks etc. Phil the owner gave me a courtesy ride back home after I dropped off car. Close to base and reasonably priced. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the time it took even though I had an appointment. My car sat outside without being touched for 2 hours. The other reason is cash price vs card price. I overheard one of the associates talking to customer that if he paid cash it would be cheaper. I called on Monday but they were closed - surprisingly Phillip (the owner) called back. I told him the tint on the driver side window was starting to crimp (accordion) at the base. He said bring it in on Wednesday so I did. He took a look at it and said he would replace the tint under warranty. I told him it might be passed the warranty period and I would pay for it - he said he would take care of it. I picked it up a couple hours later at NO charge. I've had two other vehicles previously tinted here and they are both perfect. They do exceptional work and stand behind their work to make it right. read more

What can I say about Cool Dreams Window Tinting? A lot, but I am going to try and keep this short enough that folks want to read it. We have had Cool Dreams help us on two different occasions, 1). Rear window of F-150 business decal (mesh/see through) and 2). RV window(s) evaluation/consult and then applications. 1. The staff was very helpful, in the application of the window decal, but also very knowledgeable and helpful with deciding what type of material to use for the decal itself to ensure proper fit, adhesion and longevity of the decal. We have had the decal on for close to a year now, and have had no issues at all with the application/work performed by Cool Dreams. 2. I took my 27ft RV (that will become a mobile business) by to ask some questions and get a quote. I explained what it was that we wanted to do, and what we were going to be carrying in our storefront. I thought I was going to put standard, "street legal" tint all around, and I was given more options than that. Not only more options, but also, an explanation of what each of the options would do for us (pros and cons). We decided on a type of tint that is a commercial grade that will allow for maximum UV protection for our customers and products. Likewise it is going to assist with keeping the inside of the RV cooler during the warmer months of Southern AZ. I couldn't be more happy with the work that was done, the very reasonable price, and the awesome service provided by the folks at Cool Dreams. read more

Took my new Jeep to Cool Dreams to get all of the windows tinted to protect the leather seats from the Arizona sun. The first time I took it in to them generally the tint looked well and they advised to let it dry for 2 days before rolling down the windows.. I let the windows dry for 3 days.. The window tint started peeling up after rolling the windows down on the 3rd day and they also ripped the tint on the sun roof while putting it on and left a hole. I went into their store and explained and showed them the problems. They said no problem and apologized explaining they have been in business for 27 years and never had this problem before. So I gave them the chance to fix it.. After picking up my Jeep the second time the windows were fine just a few tiny bubbles but I wasn't going to be picky. When I got into the sun light I noticed that the rip on the sunroof was not replaced, they had just colored over it with permanent marker. So I called them back and got the same "we have been in business for 27 years and have never had a problem" and they told me that it was not marker it was sealant. Uh, no this was permanent marker.. I removed a section of it with nail polish remover.. it turned purple in the sun like black permanent marker does on glass. Either way, it was unprofessional for them to not replace the tint on there. (By the way, it was the owner who did the marker) All together, I ended up taking my car back in there 4 times and it still looks horrible. The final time I asked them to give me my money back and remove the tint and all they would do is give me $100 of my $400 back. I get I should be thankful for that.. but I just drove this Jeep off the car lot a month before this and this is what they do to it. Oh, and each visit they also decided to take it upon themselves to play with my radio and remove stations from my presets and add some stations they liked and also tracked mud all through my car and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. 27 years of business and this is how they conduct business... I would not advise anyone go to this place. As this is generally a military area be smart and wait until you are stationed somewhere else. That is what I should have done. read more
