The store front is very cute, and the interior is very cozy. But above all else: the CHOCOLATE! There was a wonderful aroma when you walked in. The owners take great pride in their craft, and it absolutely shows. They are incredibly knowledgeable and competent, yet still find opportunities to further their expertise. We bought so much, as it was hard to choose just a couple items. So far we have loved everything. One fun surprise: the chocolate covered Twizzlers - trust me, they are worth it. I think they would also be awesome covered in dark chocolate too. The chocolate espresso with espresso salt (I think that was the name - please correct me if I'm wrong) was AMAZING, and I think my favorite...if I *had* to pick one favorite. They have also figured out how to ship around the US, which is wonderful, because we live in Texas, and can now get their chocolates delivered to us. I also love how they care about humanity. I love that this business took COVID safety seriously during the height of the pandemic, and chuckled at the art that supported mask wearing and distancing, when it was very necessary. Plus, there support of the LGBTQ+ community warms my heart. Sorry for the novella. The TLDR version is this: great store, AMAZING chocolates, fantastic humans. Make plans to frequent this wonderful business.

These are absolutely the most delicious treats ever! I personally love the milk chocolate dipped in pecans and my kids like the milk chocolate dipped in oreo crumbles! I love the convenience of preordering and picking them up later. You definitely need to stop in for caramel apples and much more!

It has a cool vibe about it which might have something to do with the Christmas lights around the counter area. I'm also really digging the oldies music. *Sugar. oh honey honey. you are my candy girl* I got a dirty chai tea latte and it's pretty good. I can't speak to the quality of the sandwiches but the tortilla soup was very good. Overall, I'd say the relaxed vibe of the place, the location and this yummy latte means I will be back next time I'm in town :)

It would definitely qualify this place as a sandwich shop that serves coffee rather than a coffee shop with food. Their menu is pretty extensive and included a lot of different sandwich options. In addition, there were plenty of soups as well as some beer options. It's nice to have options for what to eat and drink! There's a good amount of seating, with plentiful outlets throughout the place. Options range from booths to counter height tables with tall chairs in the back and along the side. Parking was a little bit tough as they only have street parking available, but it didn't seem like people had too much trouble with it. I deduced that the place is actually situated on the ground floor of an office complex or something as people kept walking through and coming out in business attire. Seem like it was a good meeting place and then people would go about their merry way, or up to the aforementioned offices. Overall it seemed like a good spot to come and grab some coffee or some lunch, or to get some work done. The place was comfortable, the internet's free and the ambiance is what you'd expect from a fairly well-established coffee shop. Plus, the name is quite hilarious! A Blue strawberry, how ruthlessly absurd :-). Well worth checking out, with the only downside being that you have to pay for street parking. #firstworldproblems

I knew I had to try it on a recent visit back home. My experience was mixed. The excellent: our table service was next level with each dish being thoroughly explained. We were educated on the thought process behind each wine pairing as well. Between each course our table was cleaned and we were presented with fresh silverware. The great: the food was presented beautifully and our meal looked incredibly impressive. The interior definitely invoked the Brooklyn vibes that inspired the restaurant in the first place. It feels very upscale hipster. The disappointing: though the overall experience was tasty and texturally perfect, each dish we tried had some overpowering element and flavors were not balanced. After the tuna crudo all I could taste was celery, after the morel mushroom pasta all I could taste were the pungent chive blossoms, and the trout skin/asparagus were over-grilled and I felt like I was eating a well prepared charcoal briquette. Maybe I'll give this place another try next time I'm in town and hope the flavors make as much sense as the rest of the experience.
