I wish I could give this service a zero. This company called me the DAY OF to reschedule my cleaning appointment to a later time. Having to rearrange my day, I agreed. Then, they just didn't show up or call back. They were very available to answer my call to take my payment and to make sure they wouldn't have to pay for a parking permit. I understand that things come up, but the more courteous thing to do is to at least call. I would not recommend this company - stay away. There are much better cleaning services in the Chicago area than to risk wasting your day for no-shows read more

The manager was super nice and came over to clean my apartment after there was a mix up with my appointment time. It's hard for me to give 3-stars based on that but here's why my rating stands: Pros: - Cleaner was on time - Friendly staff - Offered a good deal on groupon ($45 for 3 hours) - Accommodating and asked me to review the service upon completion Cons - The cleaning was "okay", several obvious spots were missed. My expectation was that the service would provide a detailed clean. After the cleaner left, I went over some of the areas because I had guests visiting within the hours. - As mentioned before, there was a mix up for my appointment (essentially I was booked 1 day behind what I had requested). My problem is that I called the office about 10x from morning until evening to inquire about the no show appointment. I didn't receive a call until 9PM that night regarding the mix up. My advice is that someone on staff should handle customer calls so that problems like this can be troubleshooted immediately. Other than those two hiccups, I'd recommend! read more

Found this company with a Groupon and was super pleased. Everything was done to satisfaction. Tyrone arrived right on time and even stayed a little late to make sure everything was done. He worked really hard and efficiently and did an excellent job. Very professional and nice. We'll definitely use this service again. read more

Here's an update. I was called an hour after posting this review (the follow up response by Tyrone says I posted the review after speaking with him but this is not the case). After some confusion I was told I was not on the books until the following Friday. Due to being out of the country that day I would not have requested this date. I wanted it done the Friday before I left, so this was a mixup on their part. However, they did offer a complimentary cleaning and tried to accommodate me. I told them I'd consider after my return. My biggest issue is that no one returned my call until the following day. I called twice during business hours, leaving a message after they had not shown up. Message says they will return calls within the hour, but no such luck. If I take them up on their complimentary cleaning I will update again. My advice after this whole ordeal is after scheduling your appointment, make sure you call back and confirm the appointment details a couple days ahead of time to avoid this situation. read more

This is an update after posting my previous review. About a week after the review, I received a call from Tyrone apologizing about the issue and offering two complimentary three hour sessions (two cleaners for 90 minutes) to make up for it. Although they weren't able to explain why multiple messages went unanswered, I can understand technology failures so I decided to give them another shot. I received a confirmation message the night before and a call that morning saying they were about 15-minutes away. They arrived right on time and cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen. Oh my goodness, the rooms were the cleanest they've ever been. They were very professional, hard workers and did a great job. I am looking forward to the next session and will use their service again in the future. read more

I am sure they do a great job cleaning. I wouldn't know. If you do choose to use them be wary of the Groupon. Apparently they mark your Groupon off as redeemed the minute you SCHEDULE your appointment. Odd, right? Then no one calls to confirm. So when you do, since the Groupon has been redeemed it appears as though it has been used and your appointment has already happened. So you obviously cancel. Duh. Then you call Groupon. Explain this all to them for quite awhile, finally get your money back, and then scramble to make other arrangements. But wait... just when you think it's all done and you can relax...they call you DAY OF that they are on their way!!! To do what, I don't know. Obviously to perform an exercise in futility since we now have to start all over again. Bad management and a poorly run company for sure. read more

As others have said, I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF I COULD! It is very unfortunate that this company, for whatever reason, believe that their time is more valuable than their clients. Clients that are forced to leave a DEPOSIT for a PROMISED SERVICE that was never delivered. I initially made an appointment OVER THE PHONE for a Wednesday appointment and gave my card information to pay. I was told that within 15 minutes I would receive a receipt. I never did...it had been 2 hours before I reached out to ask for the receipt in which the reply I received was, oh the card didn't go through so you have to do it online. So I went online and filled out their form, attached my card (which worked perfectly fine...). At this point, when making a new appointment online, the initial time slot I wanted was gone, so I reached out to tyrone in which he responded with the following "Oh it seems the time slot I held for you was taken after the office closed at 7:00. Without the deposit the computer automatically schedules the next customer in line. I'm sorry. I can offer you 15% off if you schedule Thursday. Outside of that we cannot remove customers who have been scheduled with a deposit". That was fine, I agreed and the appointment was today for 8 am. It is now 10:10 am AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE! NOT A CALL. NOT A TEXT. NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL ON THE PART OF THIS COMPANY. I have called about 30 times. 30!!! I don't usually leave reviews but...CMON! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I just had Tyrone clean my kitchen and bathrooms........ and OMG I love it! Showed up on time, was super friendly and nice! Tyrone does a wonderful job at my place. He is the best, most thorough service I've used. I've used about five and always felt like I had to do more cleaning just for them to clean. I have small children and back pain, so my place can sometimes be quite a mess with all of the toys and art work everywhere. However, that doesn't matter, Tyrone cleans it all. I feel like I'm at a resort when I get home (until my kids get home) lol. The place is always spotless, dishes put away, etc just very thorough. This company has been a godsend for me. Shockingly bad. So much so I created a Yelp account to warn others. Had my place cleaned yesterday. During the cleaning I got a call at work to let me know there had been an "incident" while cleaning and a few items had been damaged (including a discontinued West Elm light, and a priceless keepsake from a day with nieces) in addition to crate and barrel furniture being chipped. Got home and besides those disasters, the floors had not been mopped, there was actual GRIME still all around the toilet and fuzz balls all over the rugs, and christmas tree remnants on the hardwoods. In follow up conversations with Tyrone he argued things I was expecting were beyond their "basic" cleaning. I sent pictures and he agreed it was an unsatisfactory job done, which by the way he was one of the two cleaners who had performed it. He offered to come back and clean more but after the damage I did not want anyone back in my home. Things I had to do this morning after their "cleaning": dust, vacuum, mop, spot clean. I have requested a refund and reimbursement for the damaged items. Happy to update this post if this company is able to make it right. I sure hope they try. UPDATE: Realizing they also stole garbage bags, Cascade pods, and a cold brew from my fridge. SERIOUSLY NUTS. 2/11 UPDATE: Have been anticipating Tyrone's public response as it seems to be his "business practice" to do this to customers who leave honest reviews of their experiences. Notice he basically recounted all the same facts but in a way that derides and disrespects me. They have followed my instructions well, not only on the cleaning but on how I want the apartment to set up and stocked. Tyrone has been exceptionally flexible on working within my time constraints.
