We received excellent services from the owner David Ellis and his ace technician Dan. They spent considerable time specking our the project, pulling permits and carefully installing our units. Their attention to detail and respect for our home was very much appreciate. They were prompt, worked a full day, wore booties and put down heavy drop clothes and really made sure they did not disturb anything in our home during the entire project. After the project they followed up to make sure all inspections were passed with flying colors. Even the inspector commented on how well done the installation was. Dan the technician was always available when we had questions and spent time showing us how to use the new digital thermostats which have advanced technology and operate like a nest. He also filled out all of the paperwork for us to receive our state of NJ rebates which is a refund of over $2,000. I highly recommend using Albert Ellis for all your plumbing and HVAC. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did. Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome! And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time.
