We were so lucky to find the Joshua Inn that by the end of it we didn't want to leave! The owners, Greg and Trish, were so kind and hospitable during our stay. We would wake-up in the morning to the smell of fresh coffee just outside of our bedroom door with a delicious gourmet breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room, and then end our evenings with a lovely glass, or two, of wine and a handful of goodies from the dessert bar located in one of the sitting rooms. The house if filled with lots of knickknacks that were fun to look at, Trish's little box of essential oils that you may smell, a variety of books you can thumb through while enjoying some time on the outdoor patio, and a television in the living room in case you want to just veg out. Our rooms, the Kuschel Suite and the Captains Quarters, were upstairs and offered a cozy place to lay your head down at night. My room, the Captains Quarters, was themed very much as you might think -sailor-esque -  with a queen sized bed and a small half bath within the room. My friends room, the Kuschel Suite, featured a spacious full bath with a lovely claw foot tub with a great water pressure rain shower. Since I didn't have a shower in my room, the Kuschel Suite and the Captains Quarters shared the use of the shower/tub. One of my favorite parts of our stay was their sweet dog, SUGAR BEAR! I just wanted to pick him up and cuddle him anytime he scurried by. He would come and greet you anytime you walked through the door, which is always nice. Greg and Trish are such wonderful people to sit and talk to. Their hospitality truly made it feel as if we were at home talking with our families around the fireplace. The Joshua Inn has so much character and I loved looking through all the history regarding the home. The name, Joshua Inn,  has so much meaning behind it of itself. It's the attention to detail that makes this place so special. This was my first time staying at a B&B and the Joshua Inn definitely set the bar high for all of the future B&B visits.

A very warm welcome, helpful suggestions about where to dine locally, a fantastic room with private shower, a cute candy station with lovely tasty treats for a few pennies while watching TV. Trisha and Greg are wonderful people and really make a weary traveller more than welcome. We were sad to leave after only 1 night would love to have had longer here. For breakfast we were served up the most AMAZING Zucchini and cheese frittata and churro pancakes. Yum! You won't regret staying here in the large comfy beds. A darling porch swing and rocking chair made me want to stay a week. I can't wait to get back

We had been to this location many times but never to stay in the cabins. I just thought there would be nothing to do there. We ended up with 3 families and 3 cabins. Let me just say these cabins were adorable! There was a master bedroom then a pair of bunk beds and on top of the loft there were two more beds. It was just myself, the huzband and our son so we had the place to ourselves. The heater worked perfectly... the cleanliness of the place was fantastic... stone fire pit they had a extra propane on a box next to it just in case we needed it. We took our e-bikes and rode around to casa de fruta the stores and rode the train... the kids enjoyed it! We took the kids to the creek... my god daughters are two years old and they got to run around everywhere too. One of our friends for the big cabin with extra things like a hammock... corn toss game and Jenga oh and dominos mutha... wait... All around this place was so cool to get out too. As you approach the RV park, though you can see that the neglect from the years prior is factual as you'll see other yelper's reviews the health code violations on this place are an abundance within the RV park. You will find Raider nation & Harley Davidson's rider in plenty. Between the pools, non-functioning filter system, and lack of being cleaned to the fact of you may staff infection. You may be tempted to get within the showers that haven't been cleaned in a matter of months as you get into your RV spot more than likely the chances of your actual 30 amp plug working are a 50-50 chance as I previously stated the neglect of the RV part has gone unnoticed from the managers and owners as I'm sure they're still raking in money handover foot. Between the hours of 8 to 10 PM You'll notice multiple Harley Davidson's revving their engines as they head out on their evening bike rides. We were referred to this park by an Aunt and Uncle. They had previously stayed here back in the early 2000s but as I showed them pictures, they said it doesn't look like the same park that they once visited that was so fruitful. Property management and cleanup doesn't seem to be high on the list of things to do.

A constant 65 and if you need some heat just drive up to San Jose for a warm up. It was 80 up there. Or drive over to Gilroy. Accommodations could not have been better. Our unit S4 was nice in the living areas and the bathrooms were awesome, in particular the shower. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I'll be back.

They took great care of us. Francesca the manager was so helpful so nice and treated us like family. We are very grateful to have met her and got to know her. They had an indoor pool. And a Jacuzzi and it was nice and warm. Their gym was pretty spacious as well very beautiful looking. They also had a place where you can do your laundry if need be. Overall, our experience was amazing. We will definitely be going back thank you guys so much for everything again.

Unfortunately it wasn't the service I expected to receive from a Hilton property…read more Upon arriving at 3pm for check-in, we were advised the room was not ready and check-in is now 4pm. That was a bit frustrating as we have a 10-month old we just drove with for a couple hours. Either way, we went a couple blocks down the road and had some pizza while we waited for the room. Now for the room, when we arrive, the door to the full-size refrigerator was open. Therefore, the refrigerator was not cold at all and the groceries we brought would have to stay in the cooler until the refrigerator became cold enough. Upon my investigation, when the door to the hotel room opens, the handle briefly attaches to the door of the refrigerator, pulling that open as the heavy room door shuts. Voila - Sherlock Holmes has cracked the case! HA! Bathroom - a couple of issues here; the Water pressure - there was none! Also, there was no bathtub for the baby which we requested a room with a bathtub. Let's talk space and beds. It had two queen-sized beds, room was spacious enough for us 3 adults and baby. There was a couch which pulled out into a sleeper. Comfortable? NOT IN THE LEAST! The mattress on both beds seemed like they were a decade old and all you could feel were the springs, no soft comfort. The bed nearest the window loss it's springiness as you just sank right into the middle. Whoa! But I guess if you like super sinking springy beds, this would be to your liking. The kitchenette; you'll have to ask for a hot plate if you want to cook in your room. At first we were looking everywhere for it, because they don't mention upon check-in that they need to actually give one to you upon request. Also, the microwave above the sink was not working at all. No power at all, and upon our attempts to reach Yessenia at the front desk for assistance, they never picked up. So, again, Sherlock Holmes to the case and with the use of the ottoman to climb upon and check above the cabinetry, we found the appliance was not plugged in. Sheesh, these guys are making me work for my stay. Sherlock solves another case at this location. The pool area could be smelled from the hallway downstairs; I understand the use of chlorine, but whew it was strong. The pool was fine, not heated but not freezing. The hot tub had so much bubbles I wasn't sure what was going on in there, I did not attempt to make use of it. The bbq grill outside for use was nice, however, they do not clean it, so clean it yourself before use. Also, the bbq cooking utensils are also used by other guests, so again, be mindful of what you're cooking with. Breakfast is from 6am-9am in the morning and it was okay. They offer three types of cereal, boiled eggs, there's a waffle maker, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, usually a type of protein (bacon, chicken, or sausage), and biscuits. They have regular milk, almond, and oat milk, as well as juice, coffee, and tea. I recommend not going too late because they will not make anymore food by the 8:30 mark. The woman said, no that's it, just what's left - which was cold eggs, waffle, and muffins. Yikes! Oh, also this is not a baby friendly place. There are outlets all over the place that are not guarded. Just a helpful hint for parents out there. Unfortunately the check-out process with Yessenia was not great. She appeared to be annoyed with a customer before me and continued on with me. I advised her that the customer service she was providing was not how a person in her position should be acting. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if that's the case, take a break and switch out with someone else. So would I stay here again, definitely not. Paying nearly $500 for this type of service and room is not worth it.
