The station is located in the median of the Dulles Greenway Toll Road. As with the other new stations, there are multiple bathrooms for riders to use. Both times I've visited, they've been clean and functional. There isn't really anything around the station yet, predicting that things will eventually start to sprout up around it. But you can't beat the amount of parking they have.

In 2019 I had…read moreto cancel a couple tickets for another passenger not being able to go due to a family emergency. Instead of a refund, OurBus gives you credits for future bus rides. Okay, other public transportation services give out full refunds so not ideal, but fine. When the credits were issued to me they stated that their policy was the credits DO NOT ever expire. I figured I'd use their services again in the future and kept tab of my credits. Fast forward to this week. I finally had a reason to take the bus again and went to use my credits. Surprise, surprise-- they were gone. I thought it must have been a mistake in my account and reached out to customer service, only to be told that their policy changed and that credits are only valid for 5 years after being issued. Despite the policy being different when I was given my credits, they refused to grandfather me in or give back any of my $100 worth of credits. Wouldn't even extend the expiration date to 5 years from when the policy changed. Would not budge or work with me at all despite me being a regular customer in the past. So basically I had $100 stolen from me. No services rendered, no refund given, and no credits to be seen. Not sure who was in charge of this terrible policy, but it definitely ensured that I will never ever be using OurBus again. I'd warn others about their scummy policy so they don't leave other customers high and dry.

Yes yet I don't think it's exorbitant when inflation is factored in. There's plenty of parking here. You can take the train north or southbound depending on rush hour. I like this one's visibility, and also the platform is attractive and well built. The stair climb is admittedly a exercise routine. Get those steps in! If you're in the area, and want to go to DC at Union Station, this is the most sane way of getting there.

The only reason this got 4 stars is because the train times are a bit inflexible (it only runs from 5am-8:18am in the morning, and 4-7pm in the night), so you are tied to the trains schedule when going to and leaving work. There are also limited stops (listed below). I would recommend to anyone who goes from the Manassas/ burke / ffx area to Alexandria, Crystal city, L'Enfant plaza, or union station.

7/13/23 Since this…read morepast June ( In 2023),  I and my colleagues have been stopping at this station. The closures of Dunn Lorring Metro Station is the main reason for this.   I have watched this area transform from what the area use to look like.  I see high rise apartments  along with businesses like The MITRE Corporation, Northrop Grumman  and The Archer Hotel which use to be a Hilton Hotel. The Sushi Umi store has been there since 2018 and I do not believe the restaurant ever opened.  Please correct me if I am wrong. The McLean Metro stop from what I saw today look clean and well maintained.   The escalator steps were the only thing that looked worn and scuffed up from heavy traffic...as it should be. I saw the cost of getting a day pass is still 10 bucks with $8.00 dollars being credited to your Smartcard.  I saw the new prices for Rush Hours and Non-Rush have changed in price.  Now Non-Rush Hour's price is  $2.00.  I failed to take a picture of the new time prices, but a least you know the Now rush hour time  starts at 5:00am ends at 9:30am.   Rush Hour starts up again at 3:00pm and ends at 7:00pm. I did not get to the top of the subway area, but I will another time.  Nevertheless, I enjoyed seeing the new area of Tyson's Corner from the Metro Station.  I will be sure to ride the Silverline  from start to finish some time on Saturday in the distant future.   Maybe even stop by and visit Relaxation Station  at Weaton Mall. We will see.

I do like that there are Amtrak and more freight trains to see. Being an enthusiast, if you are into trains, this is good for us. The station area inside is a little cramped. My hope is they get rid of the old wooden benches. These make what's left of my back scream. There is a lot of good restaurants, along with entertainment venues within walking distance. Am a fan of VRE, so glad their trains are here. Some aren't a fan of the stations age, but I like it for sentimental reasons.

No one showed up at the arranged time (5:50 am), no one texted, no one responded when I called. The call went to a voice mail recording. My wife and I rushed to drive ourselves in our car to the airport where we left the car in long-term parking, which was not our choice. No one called after that later in response to the recorded messages to apologize or explain what had happened. When I called again the next day and spoke to the owner to complain, he said he understood my "point of view" and that it was his fault. He had subcontracted the ride and the driver who should have taken me didn't show up. He could not explain why he had not texted or called me later to apologize, but offered a free ride to the airport next time. This is not a serious or genuine service, just a subcontracting operation. The owner didn't understand that giving in recompense when pressed a free ride the next time to the airport could never make up for the loss in airfares, hotel charges, and vacation prepaid travel. Frankly, the owner should be in some other business if he can't be responsible or respond directly to the customer when is in need of the service.
