Poor customer service from the manager Fabiola. The interaction was rude and lacked professionalism. Disappointing experience.

Fabiola has no regard for people with autism. My child needs to have his ice cream in a cup because he freaks out with the dripping of a cone. I explained this to her and she up charged me a chocolate sundae claiming that there's no option for a plain cup. I understand that there may not be an option but it's insane to pay almost $6 for plain vanilla ice cream just because it's in a cup. read more

Two bad experiences in the span of one week! Both issues come from the "Managers". Faviela and Abdul are very rude and I believe do not deserve the manager title for the way both of my visits went this week due to their attitude and miscommunication between Abdul and their "Store owner-Allen". I was to receive a complimentary meal from Allen at 10AM on Monday and Abdul denied my meal when I explained my issue I had with Faviela on Thursday. I went to order on a Thursday early evening and they had no limeades, no Oreo shakes, and no banana splits. This has occurred more than once at this location. But today I was very disappointed by a sign that was posted there it said "they must sell 20 all beef or get written up."
