Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I placed an order and asked for water because the food was very spicy and I had kids with me. The staff told me they were not giving out water cups because there were a lot of kids outside asking for them. However, I was a paying customer inside the store and was still refused water. To make things worse, I was even told to go next door to get a water cup. That is completely unacceptable. If you run out of water cups, the least you can do is provide another cup for paying customers. Running out of supplies can happen, but refusing water to customers and asking them to go somewhere else for it is very poor service. Management should review this policy because customers should not be denied something as basic as water. read more

As a frequent shopper of this location, I am appalled about how I was treated when I entered the restaurant. There was no greeting from the elderly woman Lisa who claimed to be the manager. She was short, blunt and disrespectful from the start with no home training in hospitality or service. So I just got back home from Wing*Stop. It was my very first visit (don't judge me). I would have to say, the service was so good, I may have to add Wing*Stop to my "dining rotation". The lady that greeted us and took our order was the perfect combination of professionalism and sweetness. She made me feel "familiar" with the repeating my name while speaking to me, and was patient with me while trying to figure out the menu. It felt like "home". Hell, if they sold soul food, I would have swore I was on the set of "Big Mama's House". It was delicious, by the way. When the service is so good, it makes me re-download Yelp just to leave a review, that means something, because between you and me, I'm pretty lazy; but that's beside the point. It's been a sad time for my family and me as we recently lost a loved one during the holidays. Many can relate to the emotions that come with such a difficult time. I want to take a moment to recognize the manager at this location for her genuine concern and empathy when I made a large food purchase for a funeral viewing. Earlier today, I called a few hours ahead to confirm our order could be accommodated without disrupting operations and that it would be ready on time. Lissa reassured me right away and promised it would be prepared. When I arrived, I needed a couple of extra items, and she also offered to use foil pans instead of the small plastic boxes typically used for smaller orders. This was a perfect suggestion since the food would be served to many people on a large table with multiple dishes. I truly appreciate her understanding and compassion during this time.
