She is very thorough and makes sure that I am happy with the job each time she does it. She doesn't get defensive like some people do about their work. She makes sure that they aren't too thin and that they are even and she gets all the side hairs out as well. Went here for part of my sister's Bach weekend and it was a lot of fun. They have tons of purchase options that vary in cost. Some examples are perfume bottles over 1oz, car scent diffuser, sample size perfume bottles, hand soaps, and more. We bought my sister her scent in the big perfume bottle as a gift from everyone. I also bought myself the car scent bottle and it was about 30$. There is a bathroom that was clean and the staff were helpful. I would totally go back for a girls day outing, we had a lot of fun! It's also really conveniently located right downtown so you can stop for coffee before or after the class or even go to breakfast or lunch because there are tons of great food spots near by. After your scents are created, you can have them made into ANY of their products from hand soap and shower gel to bath bubbles and perfume. They have so many different products from $18-70 and you pay for the product you want. They will make your products on the spot and you take them home. Experience: we made a reservation and had our 5 month one with us in a car seat/stroller. The inside is warm and inviting yet bright and airy. Our baby was able to stay in her carseat on the chair with us the whole time however it's not really a "baby" space so know your baby prior to taking them. They do allow walk ins (I recommend making a reservation) and another couple joined us as walk ins. Cassidy was our experience guide and she was fantastic! She explained all of the steps and was there for any questions however allowed us to do our own thing. It was so fun to mix up different scents and see what stood out and what you thought you would like but didn't. We ordered 3 products and after Cassidy made each one, she had us smell to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Tips: -Make sure you have your phone for the experience. You will log your scents and create your product mixes through the QR code. -The length of the experience is based on you. We decided to do 2 scents each and then decided on products. Our appt was at 11:15a and we left at 12:05p however, the couple that walked in and joined us, made 1 scent with 1 product and was gone prior to us. -All of their products are refillable with a 20% off discount. You can refill them with the scent you had or make a completely new one! Just bring in your used container and go from there. We absolutely loved our experience and will be back! They just opened a location downtown Detroit and we have already told several of our family members to make reservations!

Our pedicure was $168 before tip. $20 of this price was unknown as to where it came from as the pedicure should've been $59 each plus $15 each for gel.. Given the price we had high expectations as where we normally go for our pedi is priced similar but with a completely different spa like experience. Let me start by saying that the menu we were handed was covered in some sort of goop and I was shocked that they wouldn't clean it off or offer a towel for our hands. We picked the third highest pedicure on their list that supposedly had offerings that the entry level pedicures didn't. But, since the lady next to me picked the cheapest pedicure I found out we got the exact same pedicure for different prices? They used the same oils and lotions out of bottles that look like they would hold ketchup at a BBQ restaurant with no label so who knows what it actually was. Normally, when you choose different pedis a nice salon will have different scents to choose from or a bath bomb or scented salt soak for your feet or specially scented oils but nope. Just unscented what seems to look like vegetable oil. Additionally, we weren't offered a drink. We weren't told where the massage remote was for our chairs causing us to go half of our pedicure without one, we were given extremely rushed leg massages with a max time of 5 minutes and at the end, the girl who gave my pedicure just walked away and never came back. I sat there wondering should I put on my shoes and go pay or if she would return? To add to this as if it isn't bad enough, we also didn't get the reflexology that is mentioned on their menu. The menu is filled with fluff that isn't clear on what you will receive. If you do decide to go here, which I advise against, just get the cheapest and prepare for disappointment.
