One that was a little more fun. She also filled out all the paperwork so I can get reimbursed from my insurance company! What a great experience when I'm going through breast cancer and chemo. This lady is beyond arrogant -- she is rude, offensive, and short-tempered, and made me feel abused! I left a voicemail asking to schedule an appointment for my mother-in-law and when she called me back, she immediately assumed we were "browsers" and basically said she wouldn't book an appointment unless we were committing to buy a wig over the phone, before coming in, sight unseen. This was the first wig shop I called, and our experience was a negative one. I gather if you aren't a current cancer victim in desperate need of hair today, she doesn't want your business. Even if I had cancer, I wouldn't want to put myself in this woman's hands. So we will go elsewhere. I've never had a vendor call me and treat me that way. There are at least 2 other local shops and we already scheduled an appointment for today with a friendly, receptive shop.
