The gentleman were kind enough to stay parked behind her, made sure she got over safely and waited with her until the authorities arrived. She was scared, shaking and not knowing what to do. They created a calmness for her and walked her through what to expect and gave her the assurance that it was going to be okay. I was able to meet half way and the owners wife was gracious enough to take her, which I felt was most appropriate for my daughter to be with a female. We operate a program for disabled adults, we had Mobile wrench out to perform a DOT inspection, and…read moremake repairs as necessary on a small bus. They ended up needing to do a brake job, simple enough. We drove the small bus less than 4000 miles before things started to fall apart. I bolt securing the brake caliper bracket came out and caused damage to the rotors, and brakes forcing us to get the work done again. I submitted a claim with Mobile Wrench with pictures of the damage before we had it repaired with another shop. The Shop we had the issue diagnosed at insured us that this could only happen due to the negligence and carelessness of a bad brake job. After waiting almost 2 months they reached out and told us we didn't follow up with them first to inspect it and therefore they will not cover any of the additional expenses that they caused us to have. None of this was disclosed when I originally called to explain the situation. Staffs lack of knowledge of how to handle the situation was evident. Take your business elsewhere!
