I do want to start this review with the fact that I booked this party bus on rather short notice. On a Tuesday, for a Saturday brewery tour. At first we were going to go to Downtown Denver, but after they had a mandatory 5 hour booking, I decided to go brewery hopping in Fort Collins. I switched right away and they helped me with that. On Saturday I get the confirmation with the drivers name and route. They did not have the route that I sent to them for the tours and had me going to Denver. I called saying this was not the route I sent them, and I want to make sure I had the correct route set up. He said it was "in the queue" and it would be correct on Saturday. I said when can I make sure, because I don't want the bus showing up at my house, and find out it didn't go through the queue and we end up going to Denver. Now granted I was extremely frustrated because what I paid for the bus, ($1250) they should have worked with me. He said, for an extra $350, he can expedite it and make sure it is correct. That's when I flipped out, and asked to speak with the manager. That is when Chris got on the phone and helped me out. He confirmed that everything was sent in a timely manner and it would indeed be correct on Saturday. When the bus go there on Saturday, it was not the bus they showed in the pictures, and oddly enough two couples had to pull out, and probably a good idea they did because if we had them show up, it would've been a very tight fit with 20 ppl. It fit the 13 ppl in our party comfortably. Also I checked the itinerary and they had the incorrect place listed for our first stop, which the driver graciously updated. Christine was great, we loved her. When she was showing us the radio t.v. etc., she said the knob was broken on the volume, so we had to use our fingernail?? For the money I paid, I was very disappointed. Not the size I ordered, and I had to turn up the volume with my nail?? Outside of that, the bus was okay. Overall, I will not be using them again.
