Dara and Adam are amazing! Our schedules are very unpredictable but they are always flexible and accommodating for us. We originally decided to get a dog walker for our dog Boston because he is an older dog and needs to go out more. We do not regret choosing Wiggley Walkers. It's one of the best decisions we've made. They're also very organized (we receive an invoice every Wednesday) and easy to get in touch with either by email or phone. And Boston is getting one-on-one walks and has formed a great relationship/bond with them. He definitely looks forward to his Wiggley Walkers time and is a much happier pup. I have been using Wiggly Walkers dog walking services for about 8-9 months. So far I couldn't be happier with the services they provide. Adam took the time to come meet me in person, meet my dog, Wallace and ensure that WW knew the details of Wallace, how we wanted him cared for, etc. before beginning services. As for the service itself - I am impressed! WW employs a couple of additional walkers (Wallace loves Ryan!!) who, along with Adam, always leave a note, letting me know how Wallace is feeling that day, they refill water and if requested are happy to give a treat to the dog. Sometimes, I'll even get a picture message letting me see how much fun Wallace is having on his walk. I really like the fact that Wallace isn't in a pack of other dogs while getting his walk - I've seen other walkers do this in the neighborhood and I'm not a fan. They are extremely responsive and flexible when it comes to schedule changes, and even location changes. Sometimes, Wallace stays at the girlfriends house, and WW was more than OK to set up walking from up there as well. They have been quick to get back to me and confirm any time we need to change a date or cancel a day. Dara does a nice job of sending a weekly invoice and doesn't hassle me if I forget to pop on PayPal and send over payment. Her flexibility makes working with WW a real pleasure. Overall, I have recommended Wiggly Walkers to a couple folks and will continue to do so. Anyone looking for a reliable and friendly, family run service, look no further! read more

We have used Wiggley walkers for the last 15 months and they have been very accomodating to our schedule. They were able to come at night and during our middle of the day regular time slot for our dog...or so we thought. There were several instances that caused me to question if they were coming at the regular time. We gave them a 11-2 time frame to walk our dog, a 25 minute walk. About a year ago they had a walker join their team and we were never introduced to him, but we trusted they knew what they were doing and letting into our home. When he started walking our dog he wrote he was there before 11am. After confronting WW about this, they said it was a mistake and they would talk to the walker about it. About 2 months ago we had switch from our normal day walk to an evening walk with dinner, our dog takes medicine at dinner so it is important that she eats it. We got home at 10pm and she still hadn't had her dinner. We were told Adam forgot or missed it. We decided to give them another chance. Just recently my husband happened to get home early (around 2:15pm just after when the dog should be walked) when he got home he immediately called me at work because the dogs hadn't been let out and we never cancelled the walk. An hour and fifteen minutes later Adam shows up to walk the dogs, said he was sorry for being late and he had lost his phone earlier in the day. He took our dogs for a walk that was maybe 15 minutes and was very aloof the entire time he interacted with my husband. It makes us wonder if he came to our house at 3:30 and was supposed to be there no later then 1:35 what time would he have written on our note saying he walked the dogs if my husband had not been there? We were pretty upset and my husband sent an email explaining that he thought it was unacceptable and wanted to know if we should take our business somewhere else, and the response we got was even more surprising. An email saying they were very sorry and then a text message later that day saying they would return our keys the following day, at this point we didn't even say we wanted to cancel. We were shocked! Now we were left on a Friday night trying to find a new walker for the following Monday. When we asked to do another week of walks (through what we pre-paid) they replied saying they would just give us our keys the following day and a check with the amount they owed us since we pre-paid. If they really care about our pets you would think they would give us a heads up if they were running late, and not just leave us high and dry to try and find a new dog walker. read more

Dara, Adam & Charlie are fantastic people that I really appreciated working with. Adam & Dara are the owner/operator & they are very understanding, flexible & helpful. Charlie was my dog, Marshall's, daily walker. I would have Charlie come & feed Marshall, take him for a potty break & short walk & then take him back. Each visit was about 25 minutes & cost $14. Below are 3 stories that I want to tell that I feel really emulate how wonderful this company is... I'll try & keep them short. Story 1: I gave Charlie a key to my apartment but not a key fob to my building. My building is not keen on giving out key fobs & would prefer that we use the buzzer system outside. One day I received a call from Charlie's cell phone - the buzzer system was giving him an error message every time he tried to call my phone through it - he could not call for me to let him in! I was stuck at work 45 minutes away with no way of letting Charlie into my building. Not only was I hearing from Charlie, but Adam & Dara were also texting me regarding the issue & I really appreciated that all three of them were making this a priority. Charlie waited outside my building for what I feel must have been close to 20 minutes. He tried buzzing me multiple times (error), tried buzzing my roommate (error), & tried buzzing my neighbors (error), he waited hoping that someone would come by & could let him in. I tried calling neighbors to see if they were home to let him in but no one was. Eventually I told Charlie just to give up & that I appreciated his persistence. After a lot of back-&-forth with my building management group I learned the buzzer was frozen, no one could get through, it would not be fixed until two days later & I demanded that they allow me to get a second key fob. The key fob was $50 & Dara/Adam paid for half of it - this was such a wonderful gesture from them knowing that I had gone through a terrible experience & wanting to offer a helping hand. They did not have to pay for half, I didn't ask them to, but they offered as a gift to me & it was not something I would ever forget. Additionally they did not charge me for this visit which I also appreciated. Story 2: The other day Marshall had really bad diarrhea. I was up with him all night & he seemed a lot better in the morning. Since I didn't want to risk it, I contacted Dara first thing in the morning & told her Marshall had diarrhea & asked if there was anyway Charlie could come for two visits today just to be safe. Dara was very nice as usual - she told me no problem at all & that she would schedule two visits. I also gave Dara a few instructions for her to pass on to Charlie; "no treats, white rice only, rice is labeled in the fridge, please come twice, give lots of water...." Dara was super accommodating. She told me she would pass along the information to Charlie & also reassured me that she would have Charlie & herself send me Marshall updates throughout the day. It is really difficult when you pet is sick - they are like your children - so knowing that Charlie was going to take good care of Marshall & that I would be able to stay in the loop with him throughout the day really helped ease my anxiety about having to leave him. Story 3: Dara & Adam have been very flexible with me regarding my invoices. I asked them how I would be billed & Dara told me I would be billed monthly & that if I pay at the beginning of each month, 20% would be discounted. Dara sent me a bill & I needed to wait a few days for me to get paid at work. I mentioned this to Dara & she replied with, "Sure! Not a problem! Take your time!" People can get so catty about money & I appreciate how understanding she was. In the process of me waiting to get paid to pay the bill, I got sick with strep & had to cancel two of Marshall's walks - Dara updated the bill daily. Overall she took the previously mentioned key fob off my bill, she took the mentioned visit that wasn't able to be completed off my bill, she took the two days I was sick off my bill, they comp'd me a first walk free from my bill, she gave me 20% off to pay at the beginning of the month even though it ended up being closer to the middle of the month, & she gave me time & no pressure to pay the bill. Just wow! I am blown away & can't thank them enough. I have to put Charlie, Dara & Adam's services on hold for the moment due to reasons completely unrelated to them & their business. I am hopeful however that this is only temporary & the minute I am able to, I am going to pick them back up if they are able to fit me in. I recommend them to anyone & everyone that has a dog. They are a great company that seems very focused on the dog & the person instead of just the business aspect. 5 stars! Call them now! :) read more

Adam and his wonderful partner (Dara) are the BEST. When we recused our female husky pup, Kona, we were terrified to crate her and find a dog walker that we could: A) Trust with our pooch; and B) Trust with our home, keys, etc. After a TERRIBLE experience with Raise the Woof, we Yelp'ed Adam and his co. and found an absolute gem. 1. He was immediately available to come meet Kona. Unfortunately after 3 very scary incidents with our walker with RTW - we were ultra paranoid. Adam retuned my email promptly, made a visit, negotiated the price and began a consistent schedule with Kona. 2. They clearly are passionate about what they do. 3. They accommodate as needed (extra walks during late hours, canceled walks on sick days, etc.). 4. They do online QuickPay - so convenient! 5. Adam sends pics or texts after nearly every walk - so thorough. 6. Last but not least - I've been home to see Kona greet Adam and she clearly LOVES him - so important. Two thumbs up!! read more

Adam came over for an initial interview with the pup, and they got along great. Very dissatisfied! We left our two kittens in their care for four days. We came home and there was mold in their water bowls, their litter boxes were very dirty, and the wooden floor by their food and water bowls had been wet for so long that the wood had swollen and the floor tiles were soaked and had lifted up. We messaged the owners and sent them pictures and she tried to tell us via phone call that none of what we were describing could be true. Had to spend hours cleaning up the mess after just coming home from vacation from the holidays and are still expected to pay full price. Very upset and would not recommend this service to anyone! read more

We've used Wiggley Walkers for the last 18+ months. Our walker is Adam. Our dogs love Wiggley Walkers - heck we love them! They are super accommodating of our schedules - letting us cancel or add walks the morning of. Even when we're dog sitting other dogs, they've been great to let us add on a walk. They leave a note behind after every walk letting you know what time they were there and what business your dog did. Since my boyfriend works nearby, he'd sometimes see Adam walking our dogs at the time reported on the note. And on the days I forgot to cancel (which I'm sad to say, I do way too much), Adam was always there during the 2 hour time frame we'd selected.
