I wish I could give zero stars. This place is absolutely horrible. Avoid it at all costs. It was wonderful in the beginning, but it rapidly declined into the pits it is now in. I don't even know how they can afford to stay open. I literally have nothing good to say about this place, or how this business is currently run. The longer I am a member, the more problems I experience. We joined nearly one year ago. We have used their bathing services monthly and grooming services bimonthly (I have an aging Sog with skin issues). The inconsistencies are readily apparent. The shop has difficulty keeping staff, which is usually a leadership issue therefore. Each time I arrive, I have to explain every to the new employee anew. That alone would be irritating, but I have showed for an appointment and the doors were locked. I have showed for grooming, and the groomer had suddenly quit. I have shown for grooming and was to be charged $30 as a member, and I've been charged $60. I have had to call 5+ times to insist on refunds when I get overcharged. It takes as many as 6 weeks to resolve overcharged fees. And today we had a bathing appointment which was cancelled via text 8 minutes prior. I've called five times to ask why it was cancelled and no one answered. So I drove there and the shop is closed. Yet they charged me the monthly membership of $59.99 to my CC on file. I think we're done for good. Of my three friends who used this place, I'm the only one still hanging on. The others cut and ran in months prior when they experienced the same cancellations and No Shows. I tried to remain loyal but ownership and failed leadership has pushed me out the door. I have been taking my dog here for about 1 1/2 years with no problems. The pricing has fluctuated a little bit, but not crazy (around $60). Saturday my husband dropped our 14 lb. Shih Tzu off to be groomed. When he came home he said, there seem to be new people working in there. About two hours later we go to pick him up, and they charged my husband $110 because 1. They gave him a bath. To me standard grooming procedure is bath, haircut, nails, ears, glands 2. They said he was uncooperative. He is a dog, they occasionally bark. The groomer should be prepared to deal with this. He is 12 years old, no groomer has ever mentioned this. The website implies the pricing is based on breed/size not disposition. We will not be returning, which is too bad, because they really did a nice job on the haircut, but it was $50 more than it was 8 weeks ago. That is not acceptable. If there was a change in what was included or a significant difference in price, good customer service would be to call the client before proceeding. read more

I've had my dogs signed up for the unlimited wash for the last three months and I can't say enough about how fantastic it is. I drop them off every Friday and three hours later they return them beautiful And clean. The price is absolutely fantastic. They do such a good job and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend it. If you go to any other groomer the cost of one bath is what they charge for a monthly service. I have two dogs and pay just under $100 a month and one is a big giant golden doodle. I can now keep my golden doodle's hair long because he get a bath and a brush out every single week. read more

DO NOT take your pets here!!!! This business is a SCAM. I purchased a groupon for unlimited washes for one month. Paid for the groupon already. They wanted my card information when I got in there, I asked why. They said to enroll me in MONTHLY CHARGES! I asked monthly charges for what, I just want to use the groupon for a month first and see how it goes. The owner cancelled my groupon, I cannot bring my dog for a month as stated in the groupon. The groupon states nothing about this monthly fee. No mention of it anywhere on groupon ad!!! And the owner demanded I pay additional fees for my appointment today since I refused to enroll in the monthly payment. Go to Bark 'n' Bean. This is where we usually go, they were all booked up this weekend so I was going to try a different place. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD UNLESS YOU WANT AN AUTOMATIC MONTHLY CHARGE FOR PET GROOMING. If I hadnt asked, my card would have been put in their system and automatically charged! This is FRAUD! Nothing I signed stated I was agreeing to a monthly fee!!! I have reported this business to groupon. Groupon needs to take this ad down, its a scam. And I am reporting them to Maryland Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. I have attached photos of the groupon ad. As stated no mention of requirement to enroll in monthly fee. So Jordan please go play traffic-maybe you edited the groupon and changed the wording now. But at the time when I purchased it, the ad had no mention of a monthly enrollment requirement. That is fraud to take my card info and charge me a monthly fee without informing me that you are. People have messaged me to also say they have reported this business to BBB for similar reasons. NOWHERE in the ad does it say I am signing up for a one month "membership". Its fine, keep lying. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!!! This has taken me a long while to sit down and actually type this out. So yes, they may say I am a disgruntled employee but please hear me out. I started working at wiggly tails January 2019, I thought it was odd the owner hired me on the spot and wanted me to start right away but I was so thrilled about this job I over looked it. I began to over look a lot of the problems because I loved each of those dogs and their owners so much that I wanted to stay. The owner hires anyone willing to work and they don't even have to have any training, like me for example. He trained me on the computer one day and that was it. He told me to learn how to wash and dry dogs, clip their nails, and even groom them from watching youtube channels. Majority of the equipment in the back is broken or being held together with duct tape. He only had me in the shop Monday through Friday, which is a huge liability, I could have been attacked or worse. He runs off to Puerto Rico every month and just never answers his phone when there is an emergency. I quit due to unprofessionalism in the shop and three weeks later he contacted me again. I told him I was only going to come back if changes will be made. The day I started I got a call about a bather (who I will not name) grooming a dog and she accidentally cut the dog. I was furious for them, my boss told me "she is just going to have to wait" then I found out he was the one who told the bather to even groom the dogs. The owner does not care about this shop or the dogs. Majority of the five star reviews are from him and his friends. He only wants money. read more

I'm standing outside Wiggly Tails right now for my 10:30 appointment and the doors are locked and no one is here. We have made at least 6 appointments here. 3 of which have been cancelled (once over the phone the day before, once when we showed up, and now by no one being here). When they do keep our appointments they tell us the dogs will be ready in an hour or two, but it's not until 6 to 8 hours later that they are actually ready. I do not recommend making appointments here. read more

I purchased a Groupon for Wiggly Tails back in December. I gave them my card and was told that I would have to cancel the membership so I would not be charged for the next month. I canceled the membership on time but was still charged for the month of January. I called over 15 times over the course of three months. The woman who I spoke with each time seem to be trying to help but told me she could do nothing without the owner taking action. She said she left numerous messages for the owner and I never received a call back or a refund. I spent hours trying to get a refund. This business is awful if the owner does not even take the time to return a customer's call who has left over 10 messages. I would avoid this business for your dogs. read more

I was the first person to review them over 1.5 years ago, I gave them 5 stars. I am downgrading that to two stars. When I can get my dog in, I am happy with the service. However, WT has reduced it's hours and days and somtimes they are just not open and I have to pay someone else to wash him. It's now a waste of money. If you work standard hours this is not the place for you. I like the idea of this place but they fail in the execution. read more
