Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

I brushed him the morning she arrived. Aimee did what was "easy" for her and at the cost of $150 and $30 tip, how disappointing. I guess she did not care since we would only use her a few tines a year. I "know" it's only hair and it will grow back. just a warning, Aimee seemed pleasant and kind but she did not listen to my desires. She was rushed or she didn't care. My 16 year old pup and my 13 year old would never get groomed if it wasn't for her, I refuse to take them to a groomer that leaves them in cages for hours before and after they are groomed. She understands the fear and anxiety that my dogs have with grooming and she does amazing with them. Our 16 year old is gone now but I can't wait for the first grooming with our 2 new pups. if i could rate negative stars i would!! this place is where we used to take my shihztu to get…read moregroomed. my family was dealing with a lot at this time, so they never went ahead and took legal action. in april 2023, we took my dog there for his haircut. when he was back home we realized he was pretty sleepy and he took a nap. later that day when he woke up, his eye was red and swollen, which he would not open. we took him to the vet, they said his cornea detached! after weeks and weeks of eye drops around the clock and many bills later, the vet did a swab test which showed the cells in his eye were rejecting the medication! he ended up having to get his eye removed... i was absolutely appalled at the response from this establishment stating "he seemed fine when he left, maybe he jumped off the couch at home and scratched his eye." and basically gaslighting me on the phone rejecting all responsibility.. when all i wanted to know was what happened to him!!! yeah, well how else would my dog get a CHEMICAL BURN IN HIS EYE AFTER THE GROOMERS!! do not send your dogs here, they do not care about your fur baby especially AFTER they send them back home with a swollen eye! and you're probably wondering why i am just now writing this 3 years later. it's because i want others to be AWARE of how they handle pets and will deny any harm caused to them.

I explained that we are on a fixed income, and I can't afford all of that on a regular basis. so, they basically told me if I don't get the full service on a regular basis they can't schedule my cat anymore. I find this unacceptable. As a general rule, cats don't need baths unless they soil themselves or get into something messy. I have had her belly and underside shaved if she had some mats, that was fine. I am very disappointed with PP and their treatment to a customer who had been coming to them.
