We called a few weeks ahead of time to make the appointment. This last time, we called on a Saturday, had to leave a message. The first thing on the following Monday, we received a call back verifying the appointment. On the day of the appointment, two ladies arrived with all the cleaning equipment (on time). We asked them to be aware of many dusty areas along with cobwebs (the house had been vacant for awhile). We were/are very pleased with the level of cleaning they did.
