When it was time to call them back (I had company coming the next week and wanted it cleaned before they came), they were booked out for the next three weeks. I saw a maid service working next door. My neighbor had recommended them to me a year before, but I'd been happy with Prestige Maids. It turns out that they could fit me in, so I used them. I had a lot of trouble with the other maid service. They didn't do as thorough a job and charged me more. I won't get into details. That's not the purpose of this review. I contacted Prestige Maids again, a month later and was able to get on their rotation. It was SO GOOD to have them back again. They are cheerful, prompt and efficient. All around the house I see signs of the great care they take. Today they found three of my dog's chew toys under my couch and put them on her little bed. They turned my ottoman in a more attractive angle. They placed a decorative pillow on my bed that hadn't been there before but looked great. Towels were hung more attractively. I could go on and on..... It's obvious they care about the properties they clean, as well as the people they serve. If my granddaughter wants to earn money again for a trip, I'll let her come in between cleaning times, but I'm not ever giving up Prestige Maids again!

Within about an hour of my long overdue and initial review, I was on the calendar for next day pressure washing! When I say A-MA-ZING, I really mean it! I've attached photos so that you can be the judge. Perry knows his craft. There's been a rust stain that we've been trying to have removed for YEARS! Previous contractors tried but were unable. More recently a contractor told us that we'd have to replace the vinyl siding! No, no, no (wagging my finger like Dikembe Mutombo!), not with the professional expertise of APPW!
