They did exactly what I expected, they did it well, they did it quickly and the price was exactly what I expected: fair! The first time was cordial, and the rooms I had available for them were cleaned well... but this team really made the place shine. While I was busy writing (can you tell I do a bit of it?), the dug out the corners of the window sills, and cleaned the carpets (and under them). The tops of the doors are dust free, the kitchen sink is lemony-fresh, and there is not a fingerprint on any appliance or pane of glass in the whole place. And all of this far faster than you or I could ever do. My things that were in the way, were whisked off, the place scoured, and then plopped back into position so that no one could ever tell. Everything was handled carefully, cleaned completely, and even the few knick knacks I have slightly repositioned to better please the eye. The moments of light conversation in between (and they never stopped working) were very friendly and positive - as if some friends had just stopped by to help you get things looking good. Yes, this is that rare, real 5-star review that was every bit earned. I am an aging disabled veteran and these folks really make me feel appreciated. All that and a truly clean house.

Was quoted $192 which seemed steep but I wanted it done right. The day of the appointment the cleaner contacted me directly and said she wanted to come 90 minutes later than the appt, which was annoying but whatever. Let her in and walked her through the EMPTY condo, and all the things I needed done. Came back the next morning- floors weren't mopped, nothing dusted, baseboards dirty, and the TOILET hadnt been touched. It wasn't even a "regular" clean! Reached out to the company, they said they'd sens someone by 11:30a (I was on a timeline this day). At 1:30p someone showed up (at this point I had had to cancel two appointments). They would not refund my money, and after the 2nd hour of waiting offered me $40 off. At that point I wanted to just punt and leave. Walked the next person through what hadn't been done. Went to eat and came back, she said she had 20 min left, I noticed the baseboards in the kitchen still weren't clean so pointed them out to her. Came back today and the baseboards are still filthy. Got on my hands and knees and cleaned them myself. FLEE from this company and find a decent place that won't screw you over.

Betty usually comes to your house with one other person and they get the job done and they get it done fast! They usually only do the standard cleaning, such as vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, etc. They do not do a thorough spring cleaning, although I'm sure they will upon request or for an additional fee. I have a 1300 sq ft condo and pay $70 for cleaning every 2 weeks. This includes a "pet upcharge", since I have 4 pets that produce a massive amount of pet hair. :)
