Let me start off by saying I'm generally prone to having sinus infections, I visited this clinic…read morebecause my normal clinic I go to was closed, I was asked multiple questions like usual to pinpoint what the issue is, but during I had mentioned that I was almost positive that it was a sinus infection, same symptoms as usual, lime green mucus stuffy/runny nose, pressure in nasal area etc. After checking my throat and ears this girl tells me that she believes it could be strep and that the test is $15, of course I pay it and it comes back negative, she proceeds to tell me that I have fluid in my ear but is not an infection yet.....I asked for antibiotics anyway, but because she said she didn't see the infection they wouldn't prescribe it, fast forward to the checkout window and $57 later, I go to another clinic who did diagnose it as a sinus infection....now I don't normally make posts like this or posts at all but I was so aggravated that I had to spend money at this place and another place because the staff was not capable of doing there job, I will definitely not be coming back here ever

I got in after a short wait…read moreand Dr. Parker ran me through all the tests (except that one where they blast your eyes with air!!) and was both personable, patient, and professional. I got my prescription and promptly lost it, so I went by a few days later and got another copy; took about a minute. I ordered my new glasses, and when I went to pick them up I realized just how perfectly Dr. Parker got the prescription. I put them on and it was almost like seeing for the first time. The doctor I went to about 5 years ago rushed me through like cattle, then pressured me like a vacuum cleaner salesman to buy their insanely expensive crap. I told the "doctor" that I had high blood pressure and my eyes were exceptionally blurry that day, but he didn't even bother to acknowledge it, much less reschedule the test. The glasses Dr. Parker prescribed for me are amazing; I've never been able to see this well in my whole life. I'm 71 and I still have 20/20 vision but my muscles are very slow to react and things look blurry close-up - but not anymore! I could not be happier with my eye exam.

I ordered daily use contacts and had been using them as such, to find out they ordered monthly use and I have unknowingly thrown out half of my contact. I was told I should have known better even though this was my first time having contacts in a long time. I made the mistake of assuming they ordered what I had requested. Let me save you the hassle, if you go, use your insurance for glasses or get screwed because they DO NOT care about people who don't have money. if I could give 0 stars I would.

When I did not receive it, I called and was advised once again it would be emailed. Now 3 days later I still do not have the correct eyeglass prescription. So not sure why they are not giving me the corrected prescription since I paid additional to get my eyeglass prescription updated. So I guess I will have to call again tomorrow or drive the half hour trip back to the office to get what I should have ethically received the day of my appointment.

She called their office and could not get an appointment until the following week. She was referred to an endodontist in Clemson woj performed a root canal which eliminated the pain. She had previously scheduled an appointment for additional work and while seeing the dentist, she inquired about why she had the severe pain and why did he not perform the root canal prior th installing thd cap.. Dr. Word responded by saying he "Didn't think it was necessary" He also was very arrogant and Informed ny wife that he was a very good dentist.
