She then got so worked up when I questioned the accounting errors, Keisha (good Lord find a new job NOT in customer service) called me nasty, UGLY, and then hung up on me. When I called back, they refused to speak with me, yet they won't release me from their office. So I'm a client without access to care? Makes zero sense. Go somewhere else. Pay the extra money. I work traditional hours throughout the week so it leaves me no time to make an appointment without scheduling time off. I thought that it would be better when I had started not working on Fridays but they have no availability Friday Saturday and Sunday which makes scheduling an obstacle for adults with careers. He does not force procedures and isn't operation happy. He's very friendly, funny, and is extremely skilled. I never feel his shots and he's always quick and efficient.
