She then got so worked up when I questioned the accounting errors, Keisha (good Lord find a new job NOT in customer service) called me nasty, UGLY, and then hung up on me. When I called back, they refused to speak with me, yet they won't release me from their office. So I'm a client without access to care? Makes zero sense. Go somewhere else. Pay the extra money. I work traditional hours throughout the week so it leaves me no time to make an appointment without scheduling time off. I thought that it would be better when I had started not working on Fridays but they have no availability Friday Saturday and Sunday which makes scheduling an obstacle for adults with careers.
