Got a lot of information about supplements from the lady working there. The staff was so helpful that I have to assume the problem person mentioned in other reviews is no longer there. Didn't eat food there or order cake from another company (not that I would review this place based on another company, because that wouldn't make much sense) -- so I cannot comment on those things. I've been eating organic for almost 30 years and when Wild Berry opened I was excited to have an exclusive grocery dedicated to organic and local items. Meeting basic needed items trying to survive to now double in size today, the highlight for me I've come to appreciate over the years are their year round outstanding sandwiches and sourdough bakery items that's unique to the locals and seasonal fresh produce. They've now added a produce stand outside their shop. I love seeing them grow and adding tremendous value to the Notthwoods. I will be a customer for life. Friendly workers who were welcoming and helpful. Some great options in all areas and their fresh baked breads (and cookies:) were amazing.

I like this place. I buy some delicious bread, find lots of natural foods and such, plus they have a cute little cafe. I have eaten the cafe food a few times and it has always been good. I have never had a problem with any of the workers- at all. It is cute and nice to visit. read more

This natural foods store has a lot of good brands and items, although they never have any stock. I've ordered from Amazon and received it faster than the time that this store could restock the item. Whoever is managing this store needs to be more observant. read more

I'm giving this lovely market five stars simply for existing in the Northwoods. It is wonderful to have a place in the Minocqua area that cares about the health of its shoppers. They have gathered together some wonderful food producers, including many local producers to provide some excellent products. For example, the bacon from Bayfield is the best I've ever had! It's also great to have some organic wines available. Try the to go window for soups, salads, sandwiches, and smoothies. They also have some kombuchas that I have never seen anywhere else. I don't know what I would do without Wild Berry Market! read more

This place is great. We stayed in the area for a few months in spring and were thrilled to have this little grocery store to meet almost all of our needs. They have a great selection of fresh produce and it's very reasonably priced. It's our experience that organic markets are commonly a lot more expensive than other larger grocery stores. That is not the case with Wild Berry. We drove over half an hour once a week to load up on groceries from here to feed our family of 5. You might be wondering why I would give Wild Berry only 3 stars if I'm such a fan. A few reasons actually. One, the cafe. My husband tried to order a sandwich there 3 different times and they never had the correct meat; 3 different times. It seems like that particular sandwich should just be taken off the menu. Two, Eye Candy Cakes. I wanted to order a cake for my son's graduation. I left my name and number for the baker 2 1/2 weeks before I needed the cake, but never heard from her until the day before I needed to pick up the cake. She did apologize for not calling me sooner (she said she didn't get the message) and offered to have it ready for me if I still needed a cake. Thankfully, I was able to order a cake from a different bakery only 5 days before the graduation party. Those are minor; annoying, but still minor. We finally just quit ordering in the cafe. My main reason for only giving Wild Berry 3 stars is one especially rude worker there. Out of all the employees there, only one is honestly worth being kept on staff and that is Megan. She is an absolute delight; always helpful and always with a smile on her face. However, if I was the owner, I know there would be one employee looking for a new job. I would never want someone like this woman representing my place of business. She is one of the most unpleasant people that I have ever dealt with. She would complain to us about the store and say she didn't care if the owner knew how she felt. She would stand in the way of already small and crowded aisles as we tried to get through with our cart and we would have to go around instead of her moving to the side, paying no mind to customers she was in the way of. My "favorite" though was when I was waiting in line to pay for groceries and she skipped over me to ring up a lady with one item when I had a basket of items. Granted, I had intended to let the lady go first because I had quite a few more items than she did. To have an employee skip me and go to the next person though is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Overall, the market really is great. I was very thankful to have access to it while we were staying in the area. I do wonder if I would continue dealing with such a rude employee if I lived here though or just make due at one of the other friendly grocery stores. I do seriously recommend that this rude employee be replaced. I can't imagine that she's good for business. I'd even bet she might be hurting it. read more

The selection here is quite nice but I found the staff to be rather rude. One cashier was incredibly short with my mom, who was unable to carry a large box of sparkling water and asked to keep it by the counter. Not knowing that I was her daughter, I then walked around the corner to find her gossiping about other staff members and patrons. I always hate when a place like this has staff that makes it less appealing! read more
