We stopped by on Memorial Day. We ordered a Chili Queso dog and a Carolina hot dog. We prefer "skinnier" hot dogs but these were really good. The bread was soft and slightly toasted. The low reviews are related to price and that's just silly (look at the quality and area- duh). As a hot dog connoisseur, I would pay this price for them again. Went to seaside for breakfast, got Kolaches at Wild Bill's. 5$ each. Regular, regular with cheese, and then cheese with jalapeño. We came down here to have dinner at the food trucks. Unfortunately for me, my daughter had her heart set on getting a hot dog and our only option was this "gourmet" hot dog truck. If you are into hot dogs, this is probably the place for you. I am not a hot dog fan and would never personally pay a premium price for hot dogs. Would just like to let someone know that we visited Wild Bills Beach Dogs yesterday 4/30/2020 and were excited to finally try one. We are Both Foodies and locals and have been waiting to try your dogs. Needless to say we were very disappointed in them. The Dogs were cold and the Hoagie rolls were stale and way too big for the size of the Dog and Brat. Not sure if it was the right buns you use and meats or not. You could hardly taste the protein Bun was Overpowering to say the least. Needless to say we hardly ate any of the product. Definitely not worth the $20+ Dollars that was spent for these 2 items.
