I asked her was that company policy to ask a person if they are stealing she said well you went into the fitting room and you are not buying anything so I asked for corporate information she called a team leader and told the team leader she asked me was I stealing the team leader stated that you don't ask a person that under no circumstances. The team leader then called the asst. mgr.and I explained to Darryl what had occurred he apologized and the team leader apologized but Racheal the accuser had not apologized as of yet. I was given the District Mgr # and I called and explained the situation to him and I have not received a call back as of yet concerning this situation. The man that works here knows everything there is to know about all kinds of birds. He was extremely helpful to me. He gave me all kinds of pointers and information to try to get those Blue Bird's attention. He has a video playing in the store of a squirrel proof bird feeder. .... Life time guarantee on their products too. The video was so funny watching those squirrels try to get that food. I have the fattest squirrels in Columbia because they've been eating all my bird food from my "supposedly squirrel proof feeders". I can't wait to put it up tomorrow and get it up and going. I also got the meal worms I needed for the Blue Birds. This store has some beautiful bird houses, bird feeders, bird baths.....(I'm looking forward to my birthday because I've already picked one out). Everything you need for your birds and more. He even carries squirrel feeders and corn for them. I've already been feeding those squirrels corn, but that hasn't stopped them from wanting the bird seed. This place is great! They have costumes (yes, we bought one for Halloween) and sweaters (of course they needed one for the holiday pictures). I love bringing my dog here! They are so personable regardless of who is working the counter when I…read morego. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I usually buy the locally made frozen dog food. I didn't take a photo of it but you can tell through the packaging it's all natural ingredients. Just a quick heat up in the microwave, then use it as a topper. My dog loves it and it's nice to give him a variety. They have natural ice cream that has probiotics and even my cat likes it. The dog food brands they have are carefully picked out - natural and truly grain free - so may be on the pricier side but at least you know they are quality products. They gave us some samples to see if my dog will eat it (he gets very excited over this new food). They also keep up with recalls.
