As per their website as long as they are returned within seven days, they are entitled to a full refund. Harry brought the return policy up and Dolores told me "well there is a restocking fee". Dolores made up her own rules and decided this purchase warranted a 25% restocking fee. Nowhere on their website is that Explained, nor was it explained to me verbally. Be cautious when purchasing. Slight correction Wally as well as Dolores both make up their rules on the fly. Nowhere on their website is this stated but my credit card company is already on it so all is well.

I recently started birding this year and was getting seed at the major stores. Then one day I saw this place and couldn't wait to go inside. I still get excited knowing I need to go make a WBU run. The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and so incredibly kind. I became a member which is $25 a year and it saves so much on bird food. They also have the best bird food you can buy with no additives. Yes there's additives on a lot of bird food, who would have thought? This is also a wonderful place to get a gift for someone. So many cool and neat things, be amazed when you come here.

All kind of bird feeders, bird food, bird treats, bird baths etc. Unique gifts for the home such as bird wine bottle stoppers that chirp! We received a coupon for a small pkg of wild bird food just for signing up to join their email list. The sales lady was very pleasant and very informative. The big negative is how they treat you. As soon as you walk in the door, they're on you like white on rice. They constantly act as though you're stealing from them. This is a serious defect, and may deter many people from coming. We are members in their purchase club, and have been there many times, so you'd think they would realize that we aren't thieves, but, no, the treatment is the same. If you can deal with this, you will appreciate the supplies they offer.

So, for the shopper, this is a four stars. Inventory is well stocked, turn over of inventory keeps it fresh. Rewards program helps with incentives for frequent purchases. I have been here many times and there is always a decent and steady traffic of 2 to 4 customers, in and out, each time. Usually there are at least two well informed workers on the floor to assist customers. The last visit, both of the owners (mother and daughter) were on the floor along with at least two others - it was a busy Saturday.

I just order my flag from Amazon and got it two days later and cheaper.

She was just a bird nut, chasing squirrels from her bird feeder, watching them from her binoculars in the kitchen; it was cute. The center is a little overwhelming and cluttered, but they have everthing for bird lovers: special types of bird feeder, lawn ornaments (yes gnomes-you gnome freaks), books about birds, etc. My favorite item was the hare and the turtle battling it out on a chess set, with mini turtle and hare pieces. They also had a book on how to attract songbirds to your yard (in case you have a lot of spare time). There were mostly housewives in here, so I got a few strange stares, but I would get a gift here.
