Out of all the bird stores we have been to, this has been our absolute favorite. Since discovering this place, we have added three birds to our family: one crimson bellied conure, a turquoise green cheek, and picking up our baby cockatiel this week. It makes all the difference to be able to spend time bonding and interacting with the birds before bringing them home. Krystal, and Langely are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and personable and have made every visit memorable. We buy our food and supplies from this store and love talking with them every time we visit. Morgan has done an incredible job grooming our suncheek and made her feel so comfortable. She is efficient and connects so easily with the birds she is handling. The staff, environment, and quality/healthy birds have exceeded our expectations.

I have been asked no to return by other groomers because my one golden is very nervous, strong and hard to handle. Nathan is such a pro! I cant say enough about him. The dogs are both 90 lbs and even though I cant afford to bring them in regularly, Nathan never complains that they are always way past needing to be groomed and literally are a hot mess.

He was very flexible and let me pick up two little budgies outside of his normal office hours. He even offered to bored them a week later when we had a family emergency. Tim loves all his birds and he has a huge heart taking in older/injured parrots of all types. Tim was wonderful explaining budgie care and what to feed them to keep them healthy and happy. He even set me up with food for two weeks. Our two hand fed budgies are approaching a month with us and bring us so much joy! They are happy and healthy, he did a great job raising them! My parrot is usually very aggressive around new people, biting, hissing, the whole display. However, he was instantly best friends with her! Little guy did not seem to bite or struggle at all during the entire grooming process. He was even making his "happy clicks" which are typically reserved for his favorite people! He welcomed lots of head scratches too. I was SHOCKED, I've never seen him be so friendly with anybody outside of our household members. I am going to revise my statement only because of this, if I would not have went into Just Pets at the end of the day I would not have my Benji, I would have another puppy which I'm sure I would have fallen in love with but Benji is for me and I am for Benji and so I am okay with Just Pets because that's where my Benji lived before I adopted/purchased him. My puppy is the most precious part of my life. When you purchase a dog or a puppy from a place that does support puppy mills that is not good I realize that because that just encourages further purchases from puppy mills, I guess I just feel lucky that the puppy I have I would have never found had I not gone to Just Paws. I found him in just enough time before he got two sick, he was miserable with his medical issues and I'm so glad that I am the one that adopted him because I know that he will be okay now. I bought a puppy from Just Pets about a week ago that has a cyst and Just Pets refuses to do…read moreanything about it. They won't even return my phone calls. While playing with the puppy in the store the puppy had a bump on his behind which we thought were his testicles. After taking the puppy. We have shown Just Pets our vet records and the fact that the vet insists that Just Pets take care of the costs for removing the cyst and I am very upset with the way I have been treated as a customer. The cyst was removed (on my dime). When I purchased the puppy I was assured that everything was fine with the puppy and the free vet visit within the first week should assure that fact...the first vet visit assured that there was a growth that had to be removed. DO NOT buy a puppy from this place unless you want to pay through the roof in vet bills. A puppy store shouldn't sell dogs with defects or cysts and now I'm stuck.
