Two weeks later, I still do not have my mower, and no one at Tractor Supply can provide a delivery date. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or apparently even longer. The issue appears to be with a new delivery service called Roadie⁠, which is owned by UPS. The process seems to work like a gig-service platform where drivers accept deliveries. Unfortunately, multiple drivers have reportedly shown up without the proper flatbed equipment needed to safely transport a zero-turn mower. As a result, the delivery continues to be delayed. What is most disappointing is Tractor Supply's response. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, they simply point the finger at Roadie. Despite tying up $4,000 of my money and failing to deliver on their commitment, they have offered no meaningful resolution, compensation, or even a realistic timeline. I understand that third-party vendors can have issues, but when customers purchase from Tractor Supply, they are doing business with Tractor Supply--not Roadie. The responsibility for fulfillment ultimately belongs to the retailer. At this point, I am seriously considering canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere. If you are considering ordering large equipment from Tractor Supply, be aware that delivery may not be as straightforward or reliable as advertised. Buyer beware.

We got there a few minutes after 8:00 a.m. No one was there and everything was locked. We tried to call their number several times. No one answered the phone. We gave up after 20-25 minutes. We had to call all over to get a different truck. We would NEVER use this place again. Never got a call from them after this debacle either.

We currently have 3 very small fish in a 20 gallon hefty size tank. We went as a family to pick out a new fish as we really wanted to make it up for my son. We found the exact same fish we had. Our current fish have been alive and thriving for 5 years. I have had fish all of my life and just really wanted to make my son happy from the loss. The person helping was very rude, childish and unprofessional. When we picked out the fish, I was questioned about our current fish and set up. Basically, what felt like a 10 question survey. Overkill for a 5$ goldfish. At first, they threatened to not sell us the fish because we needed a 30 gallon tank for the addition. Almost made my son cry. Really??? First off, this tank we have can hold 4 small fish that is the max. Is 10 more gallons really that much more of a difference for 4 small goldfish??? I asked to speak to a manager and same thing, for a 5$ gold fish threatening us that this fish wouldn't survive without the 10 extra gallons. Are you for real? My kids fish just died and you want to act like we are adopting a million dollar fish? Anyways they finally agreed to sell the fish, however, they said we will not be honoring a no return policy , okay so what it's 5$ I could care a less. Didn't stop there, they said they wouldn't sell any more fish ever! They even went to go as far as writing this on the receipt (in big letters covering the whole receipt) "no refund, no more fish" Very childish and unprofessional on both employee and manager. While being followed my son dropped one of the fish tank rocks and it broke. The man approached me in front of my son and was very forceful in telling us we had to purchase the broken rock. My problem is not with purchasing the item we broke. It is how this man belittled me in front of my son and made my four year old feel awful for something that was an accident. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. This was supposed to be a fun experience and instead turned into a place I will not give my business to any longer. Avoid if you can and don't take your kids there. I did also ask to speak to a manager and they refused to give me a number and said I could just come back when they are in.

I had some stamped concrete done 3 years ago and it was in need to resealing. I also had a new patio poured in the front of my house and it needed to be done for the first time. I had researched both the orange and the blue store sites trying to find a good concrete sealer. Finally I found the best reviewed concrete guys on yelp and call to ask them a question. They told me to come here and what to get. I looked up the site, sent a few emails for information. These people were GREAT!!! like fantastic. They gave me tips on hos to get it done myself because I've not done sealing before as well as carried the 5 gallons to the car and recommended Shark Bite to help with slipperiness. I could not be more thrilled with how things turned out and how easy it really was to do myself. I was able to get both patios done and a side walk with what I had bought as well as some random flagstone I had in my back and front yard. Might as well get it all done while you have 5 gallons. Who would have thought I would find concrete sealer at a heavy equipment dealership! Hidden Gem for sure!

I'm really not sure which is worse - the service dept - which can't work on larger ag tractors (but they'll charge over a thousand dollars and hold it for several weeks only to eventually tell you they can't fix it) or the parts dept - which is completely lost and bewildered trying to find parts (you must know exactly what you need and in many cases have the jd part number or they're bewildered with where to start - it seems most in there don't even have a basic understanding of the various engine types or machine models produced by JD) 1 or 2 guys behind the counter that are knowledgeable and paid well are much better than 6 or 7 behind the counter that prob can't change their own oil (I'd willingly wait 15-20 mins in line to speak to someone that's helpful) The service dept needs a service manager that understands basic engines and problems (and can talk with both the mechanic and the customer from an experienced perspective). That is NOT the case with the person that is there now (sorry)
