Pet fur everywhere, and they walk your clean groomed pet through the dirty old furs on the floor. It's a really nasty grooming area. Even at a hair salon they sweep up after you each client. There was hair and fur all the way to the entry door. Animals have urinated at the door with no clean up. The groomers are not friendly and the customer services is lacking. I will not bring my pet back to this location.
