Make sure that you look at the bird. I took it to a vet after it died. He pointed out several things, including the crusty feathers on the head. Anyway, they don't care. I filed a complaint on 1/15 with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and I recommend you do the same. It took me a couple tries, but I was able to get someone who was interested in seeing the evidence. Buyer beware. Look at the filth and dirty cages and RUN to Tweetsrs and Peepers. Our five star review previously given on 10/14/2025 was for Priscilla. Obviously I do not know of the circumstances but she was the reason we went here. We completed two sessions of training with Priscilla for our new puppy. We were about to sign up for our third session when we learned of Priscilla's departure. Needless to say we did not subscribe to the third session nor will we ever shop in the store as well as encouraging our friends and family to do likewise. If PetSmart treats long time associates in the manner in which they treated Priscilla; then we will spend our money with companies who show compassion towards associates and the animals in which they serve. ---------------------------------- We just finished puppy and intermediate training with our Australian Shepherd puppy Ruby at PetSmart on Victory and cannot recommend these programs enough. We've gone through training with two of our other dogs but since Ruby is our first puppy, we wanted to make sure we knew what we should and should not do. Priscilla came recommended from neighbors and friends and they were correct. She is patient with all the puppies and humans. More importantly, she is firm but fair. We are excited to continue with additional classes in the new year to ensure we have a happy but well mannered Aussie that we can take anywhere.

Pooler GA PetSmart…read more....... This has to be the most incompetent staff EVER in the history of PetSmart. I took my dog there for a simple cut and bath, mind you he is an older dog. After two hours, I get a call from a trainee who stayed that she has trimmed my dog's torso, but is unable to trim his face and tail because he won't stand up on four legs. She stated that my dog was sitting on his hind legs. I asked her what does that have to do with you trimming his face and crown. She stated that my dog also had a slight head tilt and it's going to take longer and that she had another dog to groom. I asked for the manager, so she put her RUDE manager on the phone. I asked him if he could have another Groomer do my dogs face because his trainee said she felt uncomfortable because of the way my dog was acting and not standing up. Kept citing safety concerns...... I pleaded again with the manager to let one of his other groomers just finish my dogs face and crown because I had no other option and I was going on vacation the next day. He rudely said " I told you that I didn't have anybody , so you need to come and pick your dog up"!!! I hung up and rushed to get my dog. When I arrived, my dog looks for fine and not sluggish. He was walking around on all fours no head tilt in sight.. I asked the manager can you please put my dog back on the table, so that I can see what you were talking about with the head tilt and him refusing to get up. He refused to do that and then another big mouth only other male employee Groomer started running his mouth saying they won't touch him again. I said you're all a bunch of lazy ARSES and exited the building. I see why they have all these one star and two star reviews because they are all nothing but a bunch of lazy employees who do bad work and should not be allowed to touch another dog ever again!! I took him to a reputable groomer "Wolf Gang" and he did just fine with them. I normally take my dog to Wolf Gang in Pooler, but they were booked for that day!!
