This frozen Yogurt place is off Moorpark Rd and E. Janss Rd . Behind McDonald's. Upon entering we noticed how super clean, very organized & attention to details. There is where we met with Elias the owner. Elias was so sweet, kind, caring, very knowledgeable of all the yogurts as well smoothies and bobas they serve there . He had very positive upbeat vibe about himself & he was super down to earth, I felt as though I was taking to my family member . That's how genuine he was! This yogurt place is so cute and stylish inside I love the colors is inside as well as the representation of all the yogurts, toppings and all the flavors of these smoothies & boba. Their price points are spot on and for the amount of yogurt you want & the sizes cups are great! I I got the Peanut Butter Gold with Reese peanut syrup with pieces of Reese peanut butter cups and Matcha boba smoothie. All delicious!! There's a variety of flavors to choose from as all those toppings. Their quality is great too! They also do rewards after your 6th one 20% on their card, which is super cool too! My husband and I went to Wild Cherry for the first and sadly last time today. The man at the counter was less than engaging, in fact he was quite the opposite. Then we asked for sample cups and he flatly stated there weren't any and looked down to continue whatever work he was doing, completely dismissing us. This is a poor way to run a frozen yogurt shop all the way around and after reading other similar reviews, the franchisee needs to heed some feedback or it's not going to prosper. They have frozen yogurt and boba drinks. The candy bar and yogurt is serve yourself. The chocolate frozen yogurt is really chocolatey! The boba is good, the boba drink is fine, it's nice to have an alternative. I suggest the Thai over the brown sugar. It's a nice neighborhood yogurt shop for an after school treat. I totally forgot to take a picture of my yogurt tonight, I got the pineapple sorbet and low-fat vanilla, with fruit toppings. It was very delicious, I actually really liked it!! The problems I have however are the insane prices (we paid $35+ on three medium/small yogurt cups), as well as the poor customer service. Both of the two times I've eaten here there were no employees at the counter to help us- the first time it was a younger man who didn't even talk with us after we waited for him to come out to the front and check us out for your yogurt. I'd say this place is alright, and it would be perfect if the prices were reasonable and if the service was better. read more

I went in for the first time yesterday. The gelato flavors were not appealing and probably marketed more for kids, but I asked to taste the pistachio flavor which looked gray brown and that's how it tasted. I decided maybe I will get the peanut butter frozen yogurt, but they don't allow tastings. How are we supposed to know if it's good or not. You better believe I walked out. read more

The yogurt was delicious and creamy and good selection. My friend loved the Thai tea flavor. I had a mocha boba and it was the best tasting one and I like that the boba wasn't too sweet! Wild Cherry is a solid frozen yogurt place in T.O. I dont think there is that much that separates it from your typical frozen yogurt shop, and there selection seemed to be a bit limited, but their yogurt is still above average. They have a good amount of toppings and have a pretty large boba menu, which I have not ordered from yet but am interested in. It's worth it to try this place out instead of the usual Menchie's. read more

One of my favorite spots to stop by. For when the kids are craving frozen yogurt. The owner is always so helpful cheerful welcoming in great all-around really enjoy coming here. Really like all the option of seeding she has available as well as her chandelier which is beautiful to look at. she post pictures of previous clients which makes it nice to show that she does appreciate her customers and community. the price is going to be any better for three of us we usually end up paying about 6 to $7 read more

I like places where you can put your own toppings and add-ons into your frozen yogurt and then pay by the ounce. It lets me get a little taste of everything all in one cup. Yesterday I had their strawberry yogurt plus dark chocolate yogurt with real strawberries, some cookie dough and some heath candy bar. Plus chocolate sauce and chocolate chips. My small size came to about $3.50. Cons: Does not have waffle cone pieces, does not have HOT fudge or HOT chocolate topping. (The lack of hot chocolate/fudge topping is a big issue in my book and took off stars) Pros: Does have a good selection of fresh fruit! Clean store! Staff has been friendly the times I've come here.
