This place is amazing. First thing that caught my eye was the cute artwork and handwriting on all of the signage , and the interior of the place is super cute. I love all of the art on the walls and the game area is so fun , such a nice spot to sit, play some games and enjoy your company / yummy drinks! They also sell a couple of smaller plates, popcorn chicken, etc. in case you need a snack. And the service was great. Employees were super helpful and nice. Very professional organized and clean. I will definitely be returning soon.

Juice&Boba 1000 Oaks Come on in and see what they've got: Juice! Boba!! Panna Cotta!!! Popcorn Chicken, Fries, Spring Rolls, Rocket Shrimp!!!! Uno, Jenga, Connect Four!!!!! 2 free standing arcade machines!!!!!! And... a place to sit, chill, relax, even do some light studying (that's if you're not distracted by the Pac-Man machine calling your name). Come get your Boba on!! Per Google, Boba Tea (also known as Bubble Tea) became popular in the 1990's... And for those who decided to play Pac-Man instead of studying your arithmetic.. In 2024, that's over THIRTY YEARS OLD!!! And boy do I miss the 90's haha In today's times, Boba is still a thing; trust me, my oldest who is 6 years old loves the stuff and it's her new favorite treat. Lucky for us, Juice&Boba is our newly opened Boba spot in the neighborhood and we've already been a handful of times to try out their different flavors. The team is super friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions for a Newbie like me. I even called to ask a question by phone and Robin who I spoke with was very kind in assisting me. There is a large open table to play games, sit and chat with friends, or do some homework while you sip on your boba. I've yet to try the food, but it sounds really good (I want to try their Rocket Shrimp). So... If you're a Thousand Oaks resident or you live in the nearby Conejo Valley area, come support this local, mom & pop business! Welcome to the neighborhood Juice&Boba!!!

This place was recommended by a friend and she told me to try the taro one. So my husband and I tried it. Anyway, the drink was not that sweet and It wasn't really that cold. maybe because the bobas were still warm but some bobas were hard - which made me think they mixed the old and new cooked bobas. The place has instagrammable walls/decor. Service was fast cuz we're the only customers at that time . Would I go back again? Maybe if I'm in the area

Nice cafe for sugar cane juice and boba drinks. They have a good variety of drinks options from smoothies to milk teas and one if not the only place I know if in the VC that does sugar cane juice. I opted for the sugar cane with kumquat juice and was not disappointed. Usually I'd have to travel far to get this type of drink so glad it's local. The interior has a nice cafe vibe and one could sit and enjoy drinks for a bit or take it to go. They also have two arcade cabinets in the front which looked fun. Service was fairly quick to get our drinks out and they were patient as we decided on our order as first timers. Everything was clean inside and they had both menus at the cashier and electronically on top. I definitely would come back to try more drink options in future. I saw they were filtering coffee with a Vietnamese coffee filters, could definitely try that for a pick me up. They also have a rewards program to get discounts on future orders.

Been wanting to try this place and finally managed to make it on our way to a party in the neighborhood. I like the decorative greenery wall and little bunny figurines. Service was ok and the place was clean. My main reason for coming here was to try the sugarcane juice which I haven't seen offered anywhere else in the CV. I ended up getting the honey lemonrange with aloe vera instead. It was yummy but next time I'll ask for less ice as I personally am not an iced drink person unless it's a coffee. Need to come back and finally try the sugarcane juice though.

I have been visiting so many boba shops lately because I'm truly obsessed with boba/bubble/bobo tea ( so many yummy names) . I love all the tea shops opening up! So awesome and about time! I saw this opened like a week ago and had to stop by on Valentine's with the boyfriend! Of course I got my Matcha Latte. This matcha is a lot less sweet than my regular spots which I don't mind. My bf got the lemons boom something and loved it! There are so many drinks and lots of options! I I'd like a more reduced menu .. it's sooo large. The place is adorably cute! It's behind a donut shop that also serves boba drinks! In a strip mall with a TJ, burger shop, and other restaurants. Service was good!

i ordered through postmates and was pleasantly surprised by the size of our drinks! i also liked that they didn't overdo it with the ice. unfortunately, the drinks were just okay tasting. maybe it was what we ordered, but i feel like we ordered very basic items just to be safe. the best one was probably the passion fruit tea. the taro one specifically tasted really weird and we just didn't enjoy the swirled thick stuff. i would definitely visit in person next time to try their sugar cane drinks!

Matcha brulee (they even torch the sugar on top!) and an order of Firecracker shrimp.

Love this spot. They have tons of options to make a different yummy treat, each time I go! Now they have a few little snack options, too.. the Firecracker shrimp was pretty dang good! Customer service is usually REALLY GOOD! The flower wall is so pretty and perfect for post-worthy pictures! I'm so glad we've got a neighborhood boba spot!

Service was good but the boba was terrible. I ordered 2 twilight tarro boba drinks and the taro was not mixed in properly. Every sip of Taro was powdery. Very dissapointed.

    Arcade games!!!!

Average, but pleasant local boba spot. I came in around 2pm, and it wasn't very busy inside. Take note that there is only about one table inside that can be utilized for studying or hanging out. Otherwise, there is plenty of seating outside! There are also 2 arcade games - pretty fun if you ask me! :D Anyways, there is an expansive menu. I tried the Snow White, as it is highly recommended, and my mom tried the Sunset Passion. We waited less than 5 minutes - service was SUPER quick and very helpful! As for the boba itself, it was alright. I did my best to pick something that was recommended, but in the end, it tasted fairly average. I will admit that my mom's Sunset Passion Boba was PRETTY delicious, though. It is very refreshing. The boba wasn't the best, but it was good!

The rain just started sprinkling when I reached to this sweet joint. It was its grand opening and the offer was good - BOGO50%off deal. As a foodie, I couldn't pass this offer. So, I went about 2 hour before closing time. The owner greeted me with warm welcome, and explained the offer. The decorative ‍ guard cat also greeted me as if asking 'what's you like, bud?' I ordered 1 taro smoothie with boba with extra sweetened, and another avocado smoothie with boba to go. It was pretty straightforward order, & the order was ready in 5-10 minutes. Before picking up the order, you may take selfie pictures in the large area Photo Booth with flowers with lushes greenery background. Taro smoothie was kinda thick with lush of ice, creamy milk and layer of brown sugar nectar. Not sure about avocado smoothie since someone finished it up within 10 minutes! The joint was right next to Trader Joe's and other shops and stores. Parking was plenty because of night time and raining. No EV chargers were close by. The price started from mid USD$5.0 and could go up based on one's selection of additional conditments and/or flavors. I will try more items later and will add more reviews from future visit. Meanwhile, I enjoyed my order pretty much. & I hope, you will, too! Bon appetite & enjoy...

Excited there is a new boba/smoothie place in this plaza. I love how quick and efficient they are in making the drinks. They have many options. If you don't want tea, you choose coffee or smoothie or even fresh sugar cane juice made right there for you.

We got the strawberry smoothie boba and a pearl milk tea. Both are delicious and the service was quick and courteous. Would recommend!

We were craving coffee, searched for the closest coffee shop, and happened to stumble across Makenna Coffee. I remember absolutely falling in love with their coffee and thinking, "I cannot wait until we come back this way so I can get this again!" Unfortunately, I never ended up making it back... until today! We happened to be in the area for an appointment at the Jeep dealership, and when I realized Makenna Coffee was nearby, there was NO WAY I was leaving without stopping. This was only my second time here, and somehow it was just as good as I remembered. Taylor helped me and she was such a sweetheart! I couldn't remember what I had ordered the first time, so she helped me pick out two different drinks to try -- the Sandy Blonde and the Maui Latte. I ordered them half sweet, and they were still a little sweeter than I normally prefer, but honestly, they were amazing nonetheless. I'm usually a black coffee/Americano kind of girl, but every once in a while I get a serious sweet tooth and want something fun and indulgent -- and Makenna Coffee is PERFECT for that. Their coffee is so good, and there's just something about this little spot that I've loved ever since I accidentally discovered it. I only wish I lived closer because I would definitely be here way more often. If you're ever in this area, do yourself a favor and stop at Makenna Coffee. I found this spot online and headed over and Im glad I did. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the owners, husband and wife team who immediately made me feel welcome. They were eager to walk me through the menu, offered great suggestions, and were incredibly patient while my brain was still waking up at 9am lol. Their kindness and humor made me feel right at home. This place also feels homey. If you take a moment to look around, you'll notice the personal touches such as the artwork, photos, and thoughtful details that tell a story of their family. Okay Now to get to the good stuff the drinks and bites are stellar, here's what I got: I finally found a seriously addicting chai here in the 805. I'm very picky about chai, so when Robin insisted "you're trying this" so I listened and I'm so glad I did haha. Freshly brewed, no artificial flavors, perfectly spiced. I think I would dub this one of the BEST chai's I've ever had. 10/10. Their classic breakfast bites hit the spot too. I had a breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon and a fresh egg. Simple but good. I'd get this again but also would be open to trying some of their other bites. 8/10. The handmade bakery section here was unreal. The apple pastry I ordered was pure nostalgia and absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more of their daily baked goods. The selection was huge and lots of different options to try. I think their passionfruit pastry will be calling my name next time. Lastly I leave you with a Fun fact: if you're a football fan or into chess, this is your cafe. Chess tables are available for playing at and it's the perfect morning spot to catch matches over coffee and pastries. We have heard from a few people about this small but incredibly delicious bakery called Le Herisson…read morein Simi Valley and we were very interested in trying it. It's my opinion that it really is hard to find a local bakery offering sweet and savory pastries freshly made with a very personal touch, they are far and few these days. This place also offered daily specials and a variety of coffee drinks, small dining area to enjoy the treasures baked and brewed daily. So many wonderful pastries to choose from, so more visits will be in the future to explore the deliciousness baked daily. She is open from Thursday to Sunday and closed Monday through Wednesday. Very friendly staff ready to guide you through the many pastries baked fresh each day. This is an incredible bakery to have close to home, it does remind me of establishments you would visit in France or Italy or other European countries. If you like freshly baked pastries from a boutique local friendly bakery then Le Herisson is the place to go to. Bravissima, I just can't say enough other than let your taste buds tell you.

Le Hérisson in Simi Valley is absolutely stunning. If you go in summer do not skip the Japanese ice, The ice is flown in from Japan, and I had the strawberry. It was absolutely delicious--light, delicate, and incredibly refreshing. It's a special seasonal treat you won't want to miss. I also took a picture of the Matcha ice. I purchased the strawberry ganache pastry and also got a Matcha ice drink to go on ice. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. I also always appreciate a self-serve water station that's so pretty and maintained. Every aspect of Le Hérisson is so elevated, beautiful, and thoughtfully curated. My only little suggestion would be to consider putting the more delicate pastries, like the raspberry ganache I ordered, in a small box rather than a paper bag. Something this beautiful deserves to arrive looking just as beautiful--and mine unfortunately got a little smooshed on the takeout What an amazing hidden treasure to have right here in Simi Valley. A French-Japanese pâtisserie this special feels like such a wonderful find, and the easy parking makes it even better. Thank you! Support local.
