The Five07 is true staple of Thousand Oaks. Every time my sister is in town she always asks to go, and I never complain! High quality drinks, delicious menu, and fun flavors that compliment the lovely atmosphere. There are students working on homework, families doing activities, and friends catching up, making for a lovely experience. I will say it is a tad pricey, but the consistent quality service and product always brings me back. I love trying local coffee shops, and I can't recommend enough! It's a great spot to grab a coffee and get some remote work done, but it gets super busy, especially during peak hours, so I'd recommend going early if you want to secure a good seat. Although I have only been through here a handful of times over the years, probably to just grab a coffee and go; in recent times I have actually come in with my family, sat down at one of their tables and enjoyed their amazing space. Maybe it's the simple menu, the taste of their coffee drinks, their kind staff, or just their overall sense of community, but Five07 has mastered their craft and they seem to be killing it! What a wonderful spot! The warm welcoming atmosphere is evident the moment I walked into the eatery. I saw tables with folks working on their laptops as well as folks reading and chatting with each other. This morning I enjoyed a cup of chai tea and although it was a bit sweet for my taste, the warming spices were tasty. Was a beautiful morning so sat outside in the fresh air. I'll be back, there were a lot of interesting food options as well as pastries to check out. Nice working vibe in this place. Almost everyone in there was working on a laptop. Staff was friendly and quick. I got my items to go and the sandwich held up on the ca ride. This coffee place is for real. Every order taker and server I have encountered is pleasant, Latinate nice, exudes a chill and positive vibe that is literally recognizable. The quality of their products from the different coffees to the pastries heave exceeded my expectation. This may sound like over praise BS but that's because no place I have been to here or anywhere in the US compares. If you hang in the place or on their patio you are served in glassware. I love coming to Five07. The seating may be limited but I always enjoy sitting outside. The staff is friendly and the service has always been good. I enjoyed their avocado toast. The red pepper flakes give it an added zing. Overall, if it weren't for the steep prices I'd be here everyday. Definitely recommend for great coffee and food. read more

Every time I come back here I fall more and more in love with this place. From the warmed breakfast pastries to the delicious mochas, I find very little to complain about. Despite always being busy they bring your order out to you within a reasonable amount of time. After I had my warmed ham and cheese croissant, which was one of the best most flavorful ham and cheese croissants I've ever had, I opted for a warmed almond croissant to finish off my large mocha. Everything was good to the last drop or crumb. My only complaint is that all the outside tables appeared to be dirty, they could use a wipe down after each party. That and well like everything these days, it's pretty pricey. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating. read more

This place is great, they had a hip hop Christian playlist overhead when we were inside, lots of seating inside and outside, free wifi, outlets, the whole shebang. A lot of people around were working, catching up with friends, going on first dates, it was a fun place to get energy and people watch. But the drinks and food are miss or barely hit. The food looks great, the toasts are always gorgeous and delicious. The drinks were unfortunately, very disappointing. I got a large Kauai smoothie and it isn't bad, coconut water, pineapple, strawberry, and banana in a large (24oz) and it tastes like crunchy coconut water. But for $13 I feel like it could've been a lot better. A friend got the morning blend smoothie bowl ($16.50) and an iced London Fog (6) but also didn't like any of it in the end. Describing the London fog as the worst one in her entire life, and only ate the bananas on top of the smoothie bowl. I think personally it's on me that I didn't get one of their signatures, I am a BIG fan of almost every raspberry white mocha I had, but didn't end up getting them, will go next time! The pastries in the window looked so delicious too, but an almost $30 cafe visit is not in my budget as much as I hope it was. I love that they're so accommodating for different restrictions and life goals though, I have multiple friends who don't take seed oils, different milks, vegans, or gluten free and they have an option for literally everyone. I feel like this spot was really great to come to, we got a Kuaiu smoothie and an iced matcha latte, and you can choose between the 12 oz or the 16 oz for your drinks. The cashier was super nice and made sure to add a note to my girlfriend's but allergy and made sure to ask if certain ingredients in the drink she ordered were okay too. I was pretty excited to also add and try out their blueberry muffins but sadly they were out of that!! Get them quick!! I noticed everyday is the same hours, except for Thursday they are open til 10pm. We also got to enjoy the seats inside and stationed up to study with our laptops. Five07 is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops in Conejo Valley. The service is always quick and friendly. The cafe is always bustling with people and good energy, whether folks are studying or chatting with friends. Some recommendations include the avocado toast, decaf centri latte (has a lovely blueberry undertone), and feeling nutty smoothie. Plus, the pastries are baked fresh and delicious. This is my second time coming in for a bag of coffee beans. The line was out the door and I almost turned around but when I saw that they were taking orders on tablets, I knew the line would move more quickly. I really appreciate the hustle to get all the orders in and respect everyone's time. I came in for a bag of coffe beans and it was $21. I like that my purchase comes with a free drink. I got the drip of the day and tried out a new brew that they sell beans for. Once I was awake, I noticed too late that my beans weren't the same as last time. I was hoping to get a light roast but this time it was a dark roast- not bad, just not what I had expected. I guess they are constantly selling out and getting a lot of varieties in so if you get hooked on a certain bean, you need to double check or go to their other location. I love this place and everyone is so nice so I can't go wrong. I'm glad that they sell beans so I can change things up. read more

Pumpkin Cinnamon Chai (3.5/5) Got it with half-and-half which provided a nice, smooth, creaminess texture. The fall flavor of pumpkin mixed with chai spice is nostalgic. I finally tried this coffee shop in TO and really liked it. There's plenty of tables to sit at both inside and outside. The pastries were clearly labeled. They had a mix of croissants, coffee cake, muffins and bagels. We both got almond croissants which they warmed for us. The croissant was slightly dry but overall good. I got a flat white which came in an 8 oz cup. The drinks took a little while to come but that was because our order got placed behind some others since we ordered at the cashier instead of in line which was annoying.
