I watched 5-6 staff behind the counter, all working well together and non-stop. One girl saw me near the pickup counter and asked what my order was, "just a large black coffee" I replied. When I went inside, they did not have a front counter person to take the order, only a kiosk. No one would look at me for a long time - actively avoided eye contact while I stood at the counter and tried to get their attention. Someone finally decided to see why I was standing there and I was able to explain my situation and they handed me the order which was just sitting there by the window. Not very happy with this Dunkin and how they treated their customers.
